That was the first visit. I was told he was good to go, but the moment I drove off the lot, the same lights came back on. I turned around right away. On the second visit, they agreed the ABS was still their responsibility, and also recommended cleaning the throttle body and MAF sensor. I agreed, hoping this would get my baby back to his smooth groove. After that service, I drove Elvis three times before he stalled in the middle of a major street. He just left the building--mid-traffic. I had to get help pushing him to the side of the road, leave him overnight with a note, and Uber home heartbroken. The next morning, I did what any determined rock-and-roll mechanic-in-training would do: I went to AutoZone for a scan, popped the hood--and guess what I found? A main intake hose clamp was left completely loose near the throttle body. One twist of a screwdriver and BAM--Elvis came back to life like a comeback tour in '68. No more stalling, no more sputtering, no more heartbreak hotel. Look, I get it. Mistakes happen. But this was my third visit, and I'd already been dismissed once. STAY AWAY, THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME: Had my oil changed here with no issues so decided to give them another visit when my brakes were making weird noises. Al checked my brakes and told me that my brakes and rotors were worn and needed replacing. I believed him and made a next day appointment for $720+ to replace all 4 brakes and rotors. Decided to get another quote/opinion from a different mechanic, only to learn that my brake pads and rotors were fine with no issues. The second mechanic told me my brakes "Had several thousand more miles left on them at least. The pads have plenty left. I also see no issues with your rotors." The weird noise was from an obscure metal tag contacting the rim at certain angles on the front right tire. STAY AWAY, he clearly tried to scam me! Will always get two opinions for now on when doing mechanic work. There are trustworthy mechanics out there, but this is not one of them! BE WARNED! I'm wondering if some of these five star reviews are fake, they must be doing this to other people. read more

All I have is good things to say about this place. I met and spoke to both Frank and Kyle on the phone and they are really nice and honest. I new my jeep was wearing down on the breaks so I took it in and Kyle was really knowledgeable and basically walked me through what my vehicle needed. We ended up changing both the lower control arms and then changing and adjusting the rear drums and shoes. The overall cost was not bad either. It only took about 3 hours and that's only because the parts didn't get there until 12 and I dropped it off at 10. Lastly he personally showed me a part that was replaced and how worn down it was. Fraud! Bait and switch, false advertising. They have a coupon in the mailer that I receive at my house. They advertised a $19.95 oil change. I called, gave them the make and model of my small Ford truck. They confirmed the price on the phone. They said that they could do a tire rotation for $5 more. When I arrived, he said it would be $24.95 for the oil change plus $5 more for the tire rotation. Then he lies to my face and says he quoted that price on the phone. Shady! They put the coupon in the mailer, they advertised $19.95. they did not honor that price. Even after price confirmation by way of phone call. They wasted my time, money, and gas. read more

I've used this place several times for different vehicles. A mater of fact I just took my sisters car in which is a Toyota Land Cruiser and there was no problem using the coupon that they have on there site. In January I took my Hyundai Sonata and use the coupon no problem. I sent my daughter there with her Hyundai Tucson and the gentleman would not except the coupon and charged her full price. The reason why I am pointing this out is that I don't think that was fair for him to say that the coupon was not good for SUVs when in fact it's been used in the past for them, just a week prior. Nowhere on the coupon did it say it was not good for SUVs. My daughter is a student and that extra savings means a lot to her. I was stuck on the side of the road, I had no appointment, I got a tow to the shop and they were able to get me in right when I pulled up. I went in for my alternator and they even threw in an oil change at a discounted rate. I went to go eat and by the time I came back they were finished!
