When I tried them on, I voiced my skeptacism and that they were no better than my old glasses which were nearly 4 years old. I agreed to give them a try. Over next months, I went back twice to express my dissatisfaction and each time my concerns were dismissed and I was told there was nothing they could do. After getting tired of carrying around multiple pairs of reading glasses of various powers so I could actually see clearly, I sent my progressive lens prescription to Warby Parker. In less than a week to send me a brand new pair of glasses for less than half of what Vision Source had charged me. When I tried on the WarbyParker glasses I was immediatly shocked about the increased clarity at distance and up close. The fact that the Warby Parker glasses were so much better using the same prescription that Vision Source provided me, tells me that whoever Vision Source used to make my glasses produced a substandard product and Vision Source Magnilia does not stand behind their product. They seem like they don't like being there themselves. The last dental assistant I had is why I'm submitting this review. His name was Martin and he called me back. As soon as I stood up and walked towards the doorway he doesn't say anything and turns around and walk towards the back. So, I just follow him. He points to the chair that I guess is where I will have my exam. So, I have a seat. He says he needs an xray. So, I just sit there while he gets the xray pictures. Afterwards, he gets the materials needed for teeth cleaning. He wasn't pleasant at all. At this point I'm uncomfortable and ready to leave. He flosses my teeth and brushes. Then, the doctor comes over and he actually was nice. At that point, Martins demeanor towards the doctor was pleasant and they had a conversation. I'm so disappointed in how I was treated. Martin did not make me feel comfortable and put on a facade for the doctor. I will never be back.

My best experience so far. Dr. Stewart performed my eye exam and he was excellent! I was not rushed during the exam! I was able to clearly and confidently tell when the letters/images where clear to me during the exam. Dr. Stewart took the time to explain everything about the condition of my eyes as well as recommendations for the types of glasses I should consider based on my occupation and needs. He was very knowledgeable, calm and pleasant to interact with. I left feeling great and I will be returning for my yearly eye exams. I will also be sending my family to Glimpse Eye Care to get their exams.
