My best experience so far. Dr. Stewart performed my eye exam and he was excellent! I was not rushed during the exam! I was able to clearly and confidently tell when the letters/images where clear to me during the exam. Dr. Stewart took the time to explain everything about the condition of my eyes as well as recommendations for the types of glasses I should consider based on my occupation and needs. He was very knowledgeable, calm and pleasant to interact with. I left feeling great and I will be returning for my yearly eye exams. I will also be sending my family to Glimpse Eye Care to get their exams.

She will tell you not only your exam results but also will explain in details what those numbers or symptoms mean, what to expect & the approximate chances of any complication. She's very knowledgeable & patient with all the questions I have. She also makes the most technical terms on the exam results become so easy to understand. I needed to replace my lenses for the same "spot" cracking, after the second time they admitted the measurements were incorrect this is why they cracked prematurely. However-they didn't volunteer any added time for inconvenience or add to the number of times being warranted. In addition-for customer service I had a pair of prescription sunglasses which were not dark enough. I didn't want to make the same mistake again, so I purchased them as dark as possible. I got a headache after first use- I googled and found out-if lenses are too dark it can cause eye strain with head aches. I would think if a customer is paying over $650 for lenses-you would offer that information so I could make an informed decision. Unfortunately I had to google this information and find out after the fact. it was a waste of $650- The staff is friendly -but if they were more educated to assist customers it would be much more appreciated.

I was taken aback having never experienced this protocol before. Usually, insurance information is taken upon arrival and certainly if there is a protocol to take insurance information before arrival there isn't a threat of my visit being cancelled. #cattlemanagement #noCUSTOMERservice This immediately let me know that this was not a place that put customer service as a priority. I arrived at check-in, was seated and waited on the young lady to come and get my preliminary exams completed. She was distracted by keekeeing with her good girlfriends... I mean this really threw me for a loop. I thought I was being punked... I was sitting up there bare-faced half blind with my blurry vision. She got my glasses in her hand and she chit chatting catching up with her friends... All I could do was say WOW.. shake my head and patiently wait on her to finish her conversation. She wiped down the areas with alcohol that I would place my face on to examine my eyes. She didnt allow the areas to dry down before she instructed me to place my face on the machine. She took me into the other room. The visit went accordingly - doctor came in examined me, discussed implications and options, and concluded my visit. Immediately after I left my face started to burn and blister. I called back on Monday and sent over pictures of my injury. The office manager said that I wasn't injured and that my blisters looked liked pimples. No accountability, no accommodation nothing... This place needs to be shut down or the optometrist needs to find better office managers and technicians. I've been wearing glasses since I was two. Never in my life have I ever experienced a visit like this before. I'm horrified at the way I was treated. The best thing I can say about this visit is that I discovered a new allergy. Since then, she's rotated between the Cypress and Tomball offices, which has worked out perfectly for me since I live between the two. What keeps me coming back is how thorough and attentive she is during every eye exam. She takes the time to explain everything in a clear and understandable way, making sure you know exactly what's going on with your eye health. One thing I really appreciate is how she always compares your current exam with your previous one, walking you through any changes or findings in detail. It's not easy to find a doctor you genuinely trust and feel comfortable with, so I feel lucky to have been able to stick with her all these years. I definitely and highly recommend her! I'm giving one less star due to my experience picking up my glasses. I never received any notification about when they were ready, so I had to call and ask. When someone answered, they said, "Can you give me 2 minutes? Let me check on that for you," but didn't even ask for my name. I was then put on hold for 10 minutes before they finally came back and then asked for my name. When I went in to pick them up, the person at the front asked for my name but then just sat there doing nothing. I was on my lunch break and a bit pressed for time, so it was frustrating to wait another 10 minutes while he just sat at his desk before finally getting up to retrieve my glasses. The lack of communication and urgency was confusing and disappointing.
