Cam shared helpful insights based on his past experiences while being incredibly accommodating. Perhaps most importantly, if we asked for something that may have slightly conflicted with his recommendation (e.g. we did not want uplighting) he was not judgmental and totally went with the flow. He even managed to get us a disco ball, per our special request! The result was IMO the best and most unique wedding dance party we could have asked for. If you like old school hip-hop, dance/electronic, and indie pop music (and loathe the chicken dance), we would highly recommend DJ Cam Jamz!! But actually, no matter what your taste in music, we would recommend him... because he cares about his clients and will play whatever they want in order to create the perfect experience for them.

We used both their DJ and Videographer services and both ended up being a total disappointment and waste of money. Our DJ completely ignored all of our requests even though we filled out an online questionnaire (that they asked us to complete) and met him in person. We asked for no ice-breaker dances (he did three of them) and no guest requests (he took them all night and played music we requested him not to play). He messed up our introductions by forgetting to announce two people in our wedding party and mixing up our parents, even though we gave him a program to read from. He also never included our garter and bouquet toss during our reception like we asked him to. However, the final product from the videographer was an even larger disappointment. He stood in the back during the ceremony so the first five minutes of our video is literally the back of our guests heads instead of the ceremony. The video is very shaky and grainy and certainly not high-definition like they promised. The sound quality was terrible and we can barely hear what our officiant is saying. The overall editing is very amateur and far from the professional video samples on their website. It was so upsetting to spend so much money on a product that we are embarrassed to share with our family and friends. We asked Complete for an explanation and refund for part of our payment for the video and we were told that the video was professional quality and would not do anything for us. We ended up disputing the charge with our credit card company and getting our money back. I would strongly advise not using any of Complete's services!

Alex Johnson is the reason it didn't go further than a quote, but then is upset when I review that? I never pretended, lied, nor implied that I booked this company. They shouldn't be upset or surprised that their customer service, communication, and lack of professionalism are scrutinized equally to their services. Reviews are public on Yelp. I will give one star reviews to any business that I'm unhappy with, just like this one. I've also given many 5 star, including for many of the businesses I ended up booking for my wedding.
