I'll give it 2 stars because the bartender was nice about everything and cuter than a Care Bear, but the service here is slow as fuuuuuuuuu......u get it. Taco Tuesday, came in for bingo and it was deader than Chris Farley. So u would think tacos would be quick since it's the especial, right. Nope. 45 mins later and they still aren't here. So they finally come....see pic attached. Not only are they smaller than Bucky Larsons peeper, but they're cold as eskimo ass. This isnt even a troll, folks. This is real life. Great place to drink, terrible place to eat and/or do cocaine. Another update, your wings gave me the runs and your toilet was broke, sorry for the mess.

Giving it a 3 because past times I've been never had an issue. I come here regularly I like the spot but today got kinda bummed. I ordered a Guinness beer and unfortunately none in stock(no biggie) I didn't know what to order I was browsing the beers then the bartender suggests I try the 312 she said its similar to Guiness. I trusted my tender I mean I even asked its a dark and said yes. Guess what it was nothing similar to a Guiness beer which I was craving! I pours a little bit in glass and after seeing color I immediately asked her to plz switch it. She said its open no returns no exchanges. No problem I went ahead and ordered another. Point being don't suggest beers if you don't have the knowledge!

Sub par service, pregnant bartenders with poor attitude. I will never return and will advise the same to my friends and family.

Sep. 11) after going to TC Sports Pub and Tailgator. This place blew those two out of the water. In short, Maggie Maguires can either be called a very laid back sports bar or top-of-the-line dive bar. After driving up the alleyway that runs along the auto mechanic next door, park in the big lot behind the fenced enclosure that holds a very nice outdoor seating area. As you enter the dimly lit bar say hello to Jimmy, the bartender, and find yourself a seat at the long L-shaped bar. Enjoy a variety of drinks (including a respectable selection of beers on tap or in bottles) as you watch sports on one of the five plasma screen TVs, play $1 pool (on a well maintained pool table with decent cues), darts, or ask for the set of wooden beanbag game (bag-o, cornhole, whatever you want to call it). I had fun playing music on the computerized juke box which had a wide range of music. My choices that night included Grateful Dead & Metalica. A sign on the wall advertised a Guiness draughts special on Wednesdays. This is a major step up in class from the $1 Old Styles and Bush Light patrons at other lesser dive bars choke down. There was an assortment of patrons there that night from sports fans to much older country music fans, which I could tell based on their jukebox choices that night. A sign in the window welcomes NASCAR fans as well. I found out from Jimmy that Maggie McGuires has been around awhile and actually used to be even better then it is now, but I don't see too many ways for it to improve. A kitchen would be nice, but there is a gyro place right next door. I fully intend to come back. It is the perfect place to watch a game or just gather with friends for a drink & fun.

Maybe he wanted a better tip. This place is definately a dive and they have nothing but cheap old beer. The place was filled with local bigots thrashing a certain racial group. One of the worse bars I have seen for a while. At least they had a large pool table and this is the only reason it gets one star aside from the fact yelp doesn't have anything lower.

Oh lordy is everything better with some tolerance juice. No server and pretty dirty. The bar tender was working her tail off. Like many others I typically fly during the holidays/summer, and the few places in concourse B are always super crowded. For some reason concourse A is just that much quieter. Halsted St. Tap is great because it's not too deep into concourse A, yet it's so much less hectic than the center food court restaurants and the few sitdown places in concouse B. It's a big space with tables, high seats along the walls, and a decently sized bar. A nice number of options of bottles but not many drafts. Full bar. Friendly, fast service. They do card *everyone* - there's even a sign that says so - so don't be taken aback. I heard a lot of "what...?" as I sat there. Of course they scrutinize some more than others. They don't serve food. The most they have is some chips. But if you're having a drink there you are apparently welcome to bring food over and eat it there (ie Manny's next door). Plus, drinks are surprisingly not too overpriced o.O; I mean, for airport they are only marginally more expensive/pretty neck and neck with Chicago bars and restaurants.

Not to say it's fancy or anything, but it's a very good newer option for Archer Avenue, with lots of food and drink options. I imagine it's the same menu as the other Cheesie's locations. I got the Melt sandwich, it tasted on par with the food from the North side location. Service was pretty fast, and they have a good amount of seating options. Again, nothing crazy, but it's just good to see Garfield Ridge get a nicer option like this, as a lot of the bars just have drinks and no food, or are just food places. I have friends who live down here, so they often go out on Archer for bdays or events, so I'm glad to see this as a new option, and would definitely vote to stop here for any future events in the area.
