Excellent care from making the initial appointment to follow-up visit. I opted for the laser cataract removal and multifocal correction and I was able to do both eyes at the same time, which was fantastic! I could see clearly immediately!!! Everyone says, "why did I wait so long to have the surgery?" JUST DO IT!!! After my initial visit, I ran into a friend of mine, who was in the waiting area for a follow up appointment. The physicians and support staff are…read moregreat ,,,,but the fact that there are not enough employees and over scheduling this is not a safe or efficient office. Everytime I went I would spend 5 to 6 hours sitting and waiting. The check in waiting room waiting room has at least 50 people waiting to check in.waited 45 mins to check in for my appointment ,,,then directed to the actual waiting room with even more people waiting. Most of the clients were very old and many had difficulty walking...there was no water or coffee..no food and we all sat and waited to be called. Once called we would see staff for 15 mins and doctor for about 5..as an example my final visit I had an 11:00 am appt and left at 3:30. This was typical of every one of my visits. The reason for long wait was management who hires and sets quota. The staff is great..but overworked...I had my surgery and follow-ups and each appt was like this. I am so happy to never return. But my concern is to have so many elderly and non English people waiting with no food or water Or any idea how long they will sit unt being seen. Guess money does rule all . My suggestion...hire more staff and schedule fewer people each day.

Do not go here if you're looking for chalazion or stye removal/surgery, I made an appointment here…read morebecause it says on their website that they do the procedure to remove chalazions and when I got there they said they actually didn't and just did it on a very specific kind...which makes no sense. The doctor was nice enough and prescribed me more antibiotics but told me everything I already knew about my chalazion. Now I have to call an ACTUAL Oculoplastic surgeon to remove my Chalazion and it's going to take a month longer than I thought it would.

In an assembly line approach through the screening... she said nothing to me except commands. This screening room looked like a small classroom full of old computers... they we eye screening machines. The 2nd technician tried to explain my options but honestly it was like listening to someone who memorized a script and she could not explain beyond the script when I asked for clarity in the differences. The doctor was just irritated and had no capacity to offer the benefits of the procedure she recommended...she went through the risks, she focused on the risks ... just really listing them fast as if to cover her basis and wanted to hurry me out to get to the next client... she never told me what the benefits were! So I asked, why would I do it?... she said ok bye. I asked for my $200 back but they refused.

I had such a severe double astigmatism and now I see clear as day after my LASIK procedure. The consultation, the surgery itself, and all follow-up appointments were a breeze. I was so anxious and the team took great care of me. Also, the pricing is great compared to others in the area and there was barely any waiting time as well. Also they charged me a co pay that if they had contacted my insurance provider, I did not have to pay, and they have a no refund policy.
