In an assembly line approach through the screening... she said nothing to me except commands. This screening room looked like a small classroom full of old computers... they we eye screening machines. The 2nd technician tried to explain my options but honestly it was like listening to someone who memorized a script and she could not explain beyond the script when I asked for clarity in the differences. The doctor was just irritated and had no capacity to offer the benefits of the procedure she recommended...she went through the risks, she focused on the risks ... just really listing them fast as if to cover her basis and wanted to hurry me out to get to the next client... she never told me what the benefits were! This time around, I added the digital retina scans because I experienced sudden floaters recently. Dr. Claiboine reviewed the images with me in detail and at this time, it is not something I need to worry about which brought me much comfort. We did my usual contact lens and glasses exam. After getting the trial contacts in, you are free to leave or you can check out the wide array of glasses they have to offer. Otherwise, you can get a copy of the prescription to buy it elsewhere. He noticed that my husband didn't like the lenses but we left with the sunglasses anyways. 1 week later my husband got a call telling him to come back to the clinic because Mohammad ordered the darker lenses and said he could swap them out free of charge.
