Reached out recently and spoke with the new manager Darán who was trying to rectify the situation. Since I couldn't go into the store when he would be available (I live 40 minutes away) he referred me to speak to the assistant manager Dillon. Dillon is one of the RUDEST person I've come across with. He needs serious customer service training and etiquette. i won't be shopping there again!

I primarily went into the store to get one-on-one help choosing paints for my walls. The gentleman helping me (Rick) asked a lot of questions but it was to help narrow down the immense number of paint colors available. Their paint pallet samples are fully stocked for you to take home. They welcome you back if you are not satisfied with your first, second or THIRD choice of colors. A close family friend with a solid construction background advised me to get some Benjamin Moore paint for our new door. The guys who installed the new door told us the same. So today we popped into the new Simsbury Paint store to get some door paint, and we were absolutely blown away by the incredible selection and AMAZING customer service.
