When I got home I realized they had mixed the other color mistakenly. I get it. Mistakes happen. I went back the same day, brought another chip and showed the same person that had mixed the original batch what had happened. They acknowledged the error and mixed a new batch but insisted that I had to pay full price for the new quart. Since he wasn't the manager he wasn't authorized to give me "free" paint.

At one point still without a receipt being provided, the employee stated to please leave the store, never come back to this store again, never buy anything here again.
