Crystal actually answers the phone, like real old school service when the phone was on the wall. Crystal even had my insurance claim approved within 15 minutes. She actually took all my information on the phone and then handled it. No requesting "texts only" like Safegurad, no, get back to us when your claim is approved and then hanging up. Yes to honesty and integrity when Lawrence showed up. Lawrence was straight forward and knowledgeable on the type of cracks I had and that that may not be perfect. He advised that drilling the type of chip/crack I had could cause it to spread. He even called Crystal to see if a new windshield was available to replace it, if necessary. But, it didn't crack and it was the best job possible with what I had going on with my chips and cracks. Didn't even sell me a new windshield knowing my insurance covers it. Lawrence had such kind words about Crystal too. (Refreshing;). Lawrence, Crystal and Quality Auto Glass are the shinning star of service, Delivers 1950's customer care with 2026 experience and technology to get the job done right. Exceeded all expectations. Call them and they will pick up the phone with "happy to have your business" attitude and actually sincerely mean it. I explained the situation and asked if I could bring it by for them to look at, he basically said no and since it had been a few years then I was just SOL, further that I shouldn't expect a chip repair to last very long and there was no guarantee to begin with. I asked if he could have owner call me, he said he would, but I never heard from him. So bottom line don't expect the repair to last and don't expect them to honor what they say.

However, there were some people that were coming in who said that they had appointments so it was kind of strange. I would also make sure that you pull off all of your stickers, especially ones at the apartment complexes. Want back because what you might get back is just shreds of the sticker. Also, they don't do that good of a job cleaning up the debris that are left after windshield replacement all over your dashboard.

In the process, I found several that are run out of barns and residences, but I finally came upon Avanti in Fort Lupton, and saw the 5-Star reviews. My initial suspicions were that this was someone with a couple of good friends - because nobody can live up to a 5-star rating. If you want to save yourself the time of reading any further, here is your spoiler alert: Grant and Avanti deserve every perfect review you'll find here. It is rare to find a small business owner who communicates as well and as diligently as Grant does. He kept in touch every step of the way, and handled my insurance carrier with ease. On this basis alone, I can say that it was a pleasure to deal with him. The quality of work was exceptional. I brought my Ford F150 to Avanti after someone vandalized the hood, scratching it badly and denting it with a rock, as well as chipping the windshield. It had a plasticoat bonnet that was scratched as well. When I picked up the truck, it looked perfectly new - and I mean perfect. Not only that, but I was astonished (and a bit embarrassed, since I spend so much time in the field hunting and fishing) to find that Grant practically detailed the truck inside and out. It hasn't been this clean or polished in months! I have dealt with many body shops over the years, and I can honestly say that Grant takes far more pride in his work and his company than anyone else you will find in his industry, short of the specialty restoration shops that charge five times the money. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and I would say that it is worth the drive to come from just about anywhere on the Front Range to bring him your vehicle if you want the very best work you could possibly find, from an honest and hard working small business.
