This place is definitely something different. This is the first time I have run into a shop that doesn't give you an appointment time to get your windshield replaced. However, there were some people that were coming in who said that they had appointments so it was kind of strange. I would also make sure that you pull off all of your stickers, especially ones at the apartment complexes. Want back because what you might get back is just shreds of the sticker. I got a chip repair three months ago. after the first real cold snap the windshield cracked. They don't guarantee the work and wouldn't work a deal for the replacement. The manager was kinda rude. I had a windshield installed at your location in Lakewood, Co on June 14 2024. At the time I picked up the car, the manager told me that I would have to take it to the dealership to get it calibrated since he was unable to do so. On the following Monday, I took the car to Subaru for recalibration. At that time, Subaru informed me that there were water spots on the camera, and it could not be recalibrated. It had to be replaced. I contacted the manager and told him the situation. He offered to install a new windshield to see if he could calibrate the system. He installed the new windshield on June 18 but was unable to recalibrate the system. I've sent multiple emails and have tried phoning him with no response whatsoever. I need resolution to this problem. My car is not functioning correctly as it. It is now August and the company has ghosted me. Do not spend your money here. read more

Plan to spend your day here. Returning customer because they have good prices and the first time I came in it took just over 2 hours. But this last time I was here it took almost 4 hours to complete. People were coming in after me and getting out quicker, which goes against their "first come first serve" motto. Some of their employees will tell you an appointment time over the phone, but they don't abide by this. They only make appointments for the day, not time. Get here right at opening (8 am) to try to get out quicker, but in cases like mine, that still will not help. A simple windshield repair should not take 4 hours to complete. The only reason they received the extra star is because of the rates. About half the price of what other places were quoting. But don't listen to them when they tell you the typical wait is 1-2 hours. And honestly it is probably worth spending the little extra money to not waste your day away. If you do decide to use their business because of the price, bring something to do or drop off your car and they'll call you when they're done (I was not told about this option until they were done with my car). Headphones are highly recommended unless you want to listen to free cable tv shows from the 80s and guys snoring next to you for hours. Also you get what you pay for. You'll find glass shards and other trash from the technicians left in your car. Plus you'll notice scratches around the molding of your windshield on your paint and any plastic or other molding on your car will be loose or missing. My last windshield from them is still holding up besides me having to put my rear view mirror back up after it fell off (this current one looks like it's about to do the same already), so I'm leaving the 2 star review. Horrible experience And horrific quality. Glue found on my car, big globs around the edge of the winshield and on the surrounding molding. There were scratches on the dashboard. The receiver for my remote starter was left unattached and dangling from the winshield. The glass was not completely sealed on the bottom edge. I guess you get what you pay for. I'll pay more for quality work in the future. Lastly, besides being late, the driver left immediately when he felt he could not perform this service at the location where it was parked without first speaking to me about other options. UPDATE: After months of back and forth, and a promise to pay for the $1000s of dollars in repairs, Auto Glass Now has now said they won't reimburse me for the replacement door panel or repair the dents and paint damage in the door. After calling around to a lot of places to get pricing on a new windshield, this place was by far the best and cheapest option. There is one important tip and that is to be one of the FIRST people there. They open at 8am and we arrived by 7:30am and we were the first people in the door. I would also suggest calling ahead so that they can order your glass to ensure it is in stock and ready for your install. Even though we were the first ones in the door when they opened at 8am - it still took about an hour and a half which was about half an hour longer than I would have hoped, but I understand that each vehicle has a different time to complete. The front desk assistants were very nice and checked us in and out by explaining all of the necessary information. Paid $20 extra for mobile service b/c I read too many nightmares about how long it takes in their shop. He called at 8 and said he'd be here from 10-12 but he didn't arrive til 11. Appointments and service don't matter!! Told them I would be there and was there at 1pm. The place was busy but I expected I was in the queue having made a 1pm appointment and wasn't told otherwise when I left my vehicle. Got a call at 3:30 about broken side trim for the windscreen (I gave tech the benefit of the doubt when told the parts were already like that) and they'd be done soon. I got back to Auto Glass Now at 4pm to find the trim pieces off but they hadn't even started on replacing the glass and told me it would be "at least another 3-5 hours". I was in the service area for about 10 minutes and no one from the office came out to see how they could improve the situation or offer to expedite service. I elected to take back my vehicle and the tech went into the office, got the keys and returned the vehicle to me. Office called me shortly after leaving, not to find out what happened or make anything right, but because their tech thought he left tools in the vehicle. Checked when I got home and no tools found. Wasn't until I got home that I realized the tech had gotten thick, sticky, black adhesive all over the drivers seat (and now my jeans), passenger side door and both pillars/trim. Would rather pay Safelite the higher price as they've always done a great job. Thought I'd save a few hundred bucks but instead wasted 5 hours of my day, still have a broken windshield and I've gotta figure out how to get that adhesive cleaned up. I scheduled work for 4-24 from 9:00 to 11:00am. was told installer would confirm Friday AM before arrival. I was really looking forward to getting my windshield replaced here. They provided the cheapest quote and was able to get me in for an appointment rather quickly. I have a pretty large crack in my windshield and needed a replacement fast. I arrived at my 12 pm appointment on a Saturday. The receptionist confirmed my details, but to my disappointment they had the year of my vehicle wrong. I double checked the information I had sent online, thinking "Oh no, did I mess up?" No. It was all correct. Unfortunately, the glassware they had ordered would not fit my vehicle. Just like other reviews, this business has a huge problem with time management. My appointment was at 12:30 and after 70 minutes, my car wasn't even taken into the shop yet. It was still parked out front. I was told the actual installation would take 2 hours which seems excessive based on my calls to other companies. Eventually I just had to leave. I needed to replace my windshield and received a very competitive quote from auto glass now. When I asked about timing to schedule my appointment, I selected an 8:00 AM timeframe. When I went to the store for my appointment on Saturday, there were probably seven or eight other people that showed up at the exact same time as me. It took about 1.5 hours of waiting before my car finally went into the shop. Once they worked on my car the process went very quickly. My only complaint is the ability to schedule a time that doesn't conflict with a bunch of other people and not knowing how long it's going to take for my car to get done. Never coming here again. You get what you pay for is true. This place was the cheapest in pricing for a reason. New name I'm giving them "auto glass WOW". Came in Friday for a new windshield and by Saturday the heating strip on the inside of the vehicle started peeling off and on the driver side directly in vision view. Monday is here and it's fallen all the way to the middle where the rear view mirror is located. Contacted the store and they said bring it in again. Most people have a job M-F 8-5, that leaves me rushing through traffic hour and finding alternative pick up from daycare because one of their technicians can't make it out to the vehicle during one of their installations. Technicians rush job shouldn't be an extra inconvenience for the customer. It's a wonder they only had 3 stars. That should have been a warning for me to pay more and go else where. Buyers be warned.
