The customer said she didn't want acrylic and problably the customer was a little confused about the product line. But the owner "Tracy" went off on her telling her "you don't know what you are talking about!" The client then said" why are you being so rude? I need you to explain the products to me." Tracy then said: " I am not rude you just don't know what you are talking about!" As the owner ran out to an appointment she laughed and told all of us: "I need a break from all you guys!" The salon was not full and it was 11:00am. The other technicians appear to be afraid of her.
