Everyone I spoke with was super nice and they took me as a walk in on a Friday. When my nail tech took my old dip off she was a bit sloppy, so some of the melted dip powder got into my fingers (it's not the easiest to get off), as well as nail polish under my nails. I asked for almond but she did a rounded tip instead, which isn't a huge deal but I would have picked a different color. Lastly, a few of my nails were filed down unevenly, and a few of the tips are ragged. It was $45+ tip for the dip which is a reasonable price but I don't think it was the best job. I do think my nail tech was newer because I saw the work of a few other techs and it was amazing. I will definitely return because it's so easy to get to, but I wish I had gotten the names of some of the more experienced techs so I could request them.

They did not ask length before cutting (uneven even after correcting) and did not cut cuticles. Somehow I left with rougher feet than when I arrived. Had to go to another shop to redo 5 days later when they kept catching on things and the new shop asked if it was the first time I did it myself. They also said cash only as I went to pay even though it advertises cards and tap to pay on window, so I had to leave my phone to go get cash from home.
