The process for getting a quote and arranging timing once we connected was very easy, and they were able to accommodate a last minute change to the scope of the project, which I really appreciated. In terms of the actual service, I cannot speak highly enough of Swept Clean. I requested a one-time deep clean of the apartment, including an oven and refrigerator cleaning. For the entire main area of the apartment (kitchen / dining / living) and one bedroom and bathroom (approx. 750-800 sq ft), plus the oven and the refrigerator, the entire cost was $399. This was definitely more expensive than some of the other quotes I received from larger companies, but honestly it was completely worth it when I came back home and saw the finished results. I wish I had taken before and after photos to demonstrate how incredible the job they did was. Everything was near spotless--even the baseboards, which my roommates and I have neglected in nearly two years of living in our apartment. You know that dust that gets stuck in the bottom of your LCD display on your phone, way down there in the crack? I never see that. Does your phone have a soft scent of fresh flowers? Mine does. Can you wipe your finger on the top of your whiteboard, that part waaay up there, and see no residue on your finger? I can. After someone cleans your desk, is it both spotless and have nothing out of place? Mine does. Let me cut to the chase. If you need a cleaning team that treats your house/office like you had all day to clean it yourself, do yourself a favor and hire this crew. When I arrived back at the house at the two-hour mark (after they said they were finished), I immediately noticed the kitchen floor didn't look clean. I asked them to go back over it, but even after that, I saw multiple areas that were missed. Corners of baseboards still had visible debris, and some baseboards looked like they hadn't been touched at all. There was pink residue left around the sink drain, the showerhead wasn't cleaned, and there was long hair left in the shower, bathrooms, and on the floors -- which isn't mine. The windows had streaks, and overall it seemed like many areas were quickly wiped down rather than cleaned thoroughly. For such a small list of tasks, I expected better attention to detail and thoroughness. Unfortunately, the work felt rushed and incomplete, and I will not be booking this service again.

She was very friendly and gave me a quote based on my description of my house and the tasks needed, and she was able to schedule me on the day before our sale was active on a weeks' notice. M&D sent out four ladies, and they did a great job. We were mainly looking for baseboards, high dusting, and light fixture cleaning, as well as floor cleaning (hardwood, carpet, and bathroom tile). They worked fast and cleaned more than I expected. I was very pleased with the results, and for the size of home the cost was very reasonable. I will be recommending them to my neighbors, and will likely call them in for a move out cleaning if our sales contract stipulates.
