She really was a lifesaver. She was able to come at very short notice. I was running behind in packing, as I was all by myself, had very few connections and no family to help, and I was trying to finish packing up a 2000+ sq. foot townhouse (3 beds, 4 baths!) for a semi long-distance move and the moving truck was on its way. I was very stressed and suddenly I had a very can-do assistant who was so supportive and helpful. My landlord was not completely happy with the oven range cleanup, and I think unreasonably so- the landlord wanted a like-new oven range when I don't think I received the range in perfect condition, but Cindy came back and re-did it without charging me (!) even though she also felt it was unreasonable- she said the landlord was asking for more of a restoration type service- buffing and polishing what was basically a 20 year old black-painted metal gas stovetop range with rough cast iron pot holders. I had hoped my landlord would kindly bring out the bagged up/boxed trash from the garage because I didn't want to put it out early and get an HOA citation (although that was MY mistake, I should have left it out anyways) but the landlord instead insisted that I come back and take care of it (despite knowing I had moved out of the area). Cindy was so helpful as to go by there on the following Monday and took care of it. Her prices were very fair- I was so desperate that I would probably have paid more but Cindy charged me what she felt was fair, and I appreciated that so much. I can't say enough nice things about Cindy. There are times in life when a person needs help and literally has no one to turn to, and she showed up like a god-sent angel. Thanks Cindy, I can't thank you enough. You really brightened my day and I hope your kindness comes back to you 100x.

R&D's team has come to our home in Purcellville every 2 weeks for over a year. They deep clean our entire 3 bed and 3 bath house in an hour when it takes me a week. They are very friendly, thorough, efficient, and extremely trustworthy! I work from home, but if I didn't, I would have no problem giving them a key to keep. Marlene, the owner, is a great business leader and is completely on top of things. She communicates via text as to when they will be arriving the next day which is usually around the same time. If there is anything extra or different I want them to do, I communicate to her via text. But normally, there is very little to tell them-they clean everything and change any beds that have a clean set of sheets folded up on them. I work from home, so I post a sign in Spanish using google translate on the door of whatever room I am working out of that week and they don't disturb me and clean every other room. They are flexible with dates and respond right away if you are not completely happy with anything that has been done. My toilets are hard to keep clean because we are on well water and we don't have a top of the line filtration system. Somehow, they keep them white and sparkling which was something I was never able to do myself! We have brick floors in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room that are very hard to keep clean but somehow they do. I had them come an extra time before my in-laws came to visit and had them do a light cleaning plus clean the back porch. They did an amazing job and even cleaned the windows! They aren't cheap, but they are fairly priced based on their excellent work. I can't wait until we can afford to have them come every week!!! Some day! Plus, as you can see from the photos, the service provided was not great, even after I gave them grace. The deep cleaning in June was supposed to include all the bells and whistles - stairs, walls, baseboards, etc. Leticia promised the world. Unfortunately, what I requested wasn't delivered. After the "deep cleaning," I noticed so many untouched and uncleaned areas. At first, I tried to ignore them but everywhere I looked, I saw filth that I'd paid to have cleaned. I sent Leticia pictures and she sent the girls back the next day. Even after their second visit, many of the items weren't addressed or cleaned but by that point, I was tired of people being in my house. Fast forward to last month, I try this team again - just for a monthly cleaning. The cleaning is okay at best - list of missed spots and a lack of attention to detail but again, considering that you never know when this team will show up or leave with more than a tiny bit of notice, I was just ready for them to go. Especially since before they arrived, Leticia texted me and told me to put my dishes in the dishwasher. Wtf? Fast forward to yesterday. Surprisingly, Leticia reached out and provided only three dates that were available for cleaning this month. I confirm one but note another day would work best. She was curt and told me that they were booked. Fine. I started exploring other vendors as I have multiple properties and would prefer to work with someone who can flex a bit more with my schedule. When I confirmed it was me, this woman - not knowing which property I was requesting for and why - tells me she's putting my confirmed appointment on hold and she'll let me know if they're not too busy to come. As I texted her back shortly after: GIRL, BYE. The services provided were subpar. The service was terrible. And Leticia, let me tell you something: if I want to hire 27 different cleaning crews to clean my home, I can do that. It's MY HOUSE. I own it. In fact, I own multiple homes. You mad because I started looking elsewhere after you and your team left filth in my house and a bad taste in my mouth? Stay mad, ma. Wouldn't recommend this company... at all. I told her that her proposed schedule and sudden increase in price didn't work for me. I asked for my refund back. She responded that she'd send me the refund. It's been 2 weeks, and she refuses to respond to my text messages asking for the $50 refund. I would not trust or use her services again.
