This is a long overdue review. I used their services back in spring of 2023. This was after I had…read morecalled several other companies which didn't call me back and one sent someone but they just looked at it and never contacted us again, and another never showed up. I read lots of amazing reviews on Mundae and requested a service. They were so responsive and talked me through the process. It wasn't long before someone came out to take several tests that consist of an air sample outside and inside and an actual sample of the mold, and a walk around to see if they spot more mold anywhere else. The report came back quick and scheduling of the mold remediation was quick. 3 workers were sent and it took half a day total since it was just our upstairs that needed it. Everyone we encountered was friendly, kind, and informative. Responsive whether it was text, phone call, or email. Appreciate the speediness in which the issue was resolved and felt very pleased with the service. Also I can report back that since then no more mold has appeared. James also found that one of the ducts was closed which was an Ahh! Moment since we noticed little to no air flowing . I was shocked how bad our vents were. James and his colleague were very nice and helpful. They were careful and covered our couch to avoid getting debris and they even vacuumed after they were done. The only one problem was they left nails in two of our beds. He did suggest the UV light and will be coming back to install. James was very nice and even with expressing his recommendation, I never felt it was forced at all. Fair price for the service. I will update a follow up once we get the UV light installed.

Over the years he has replaced my air conditioning unit, as well as my daughter's in the Willowbend area. Today, Air Energy certainly went above and beyond by responding to an emergency call at 6:30 pm. I recently opened my home as a AirBNB and had 2 guests staying in my home. One was receiving cancer treatment from MD Anderson and her 25 year old daughter is her Caregiver. My guest had her first round of chemo today. Imagine my horror to come home to a 90 degree house! Houston has its first day of a heat index warning, and my air conditioning goes out! I was so worried about my guest and her ability to tolerate the heat. I was going to have to put them in a hotel and that also would have been difficult to move her. I called Air Energy and they sent out a technician at 7:00 pm for repair.
