I wouldn't pay for their services again. I paid for services to clean a rental home that needed deep cleaning. They did not clean well. They surfaced cleaned and barely that. When they finished they asked me to do a walk through and agree that I was satisfied. I walked through the house and noticed the doors weren't clean. I pointed out the spots that were dirty and they wiped them again and claimed the doors wouldn't get clean. I asked them about five times to clean the doors and they went back to "wipe" them but I expected them to be cleaned based on the quote. They didn't clean them. They also didn't deep clean the kitchen cabinets. They just wiped them. I had to ask them to clean them again about three times and vacuum them again. After asking them to clean again I gave up since it was clear they either weren't willing or weren't capable of cleaning thoroughly. Now that I'm cleaning the house I'm finding more areas that weren't cleaned and these are regular areas to clean. The restroom cabinet drawers weren't cleaned. I attached a few photos of how the doors, cabinets, trim look after them having deep cleaned the home. Now I have to go through the home and clean after them, which defeats the purpose of paying for services because I had already cleaned quite a bit of the home before I requested their services. I needed some organization and cleaning basically the works !! Maria showed up with her Team and showed OUT! She was funny and considerate and really listened to what I needed. Her team was also so sweet. She gave me some great pointers for keeping up between visits. I really needed that. I didn't feel judged which I was afraid of. She said they see it all and was happy to also say hello to my dogs so that they also would be at ease in case I wasn't home in the future. So sweet that she wanted to make them at ease also. Great price for deep cleaning for what they did. Also great in responding right away. They did everything I requested and even went beyond that. Honest feedback: for real, don't use Maid Masters. I think it's says alot about a company when their initial response is to fire back at a customer review, instead of trying to find a resolution. And the fact they offered a discount on future service if I left a 5 star review.... Wow. Provide 5 star service, and you don't have to bribe customers for good feedback... They charged an extra 100 for "dog fur".. his fur clumps, and takes maybe 20min to sweep up by myself. They don't agree.. While they can dispute the dog fur all they want, that is up for interpretation. The 2 things I was very upset with was the fact my guest toilet was barely cleaned (see picture) and that they used steel wool on my brand new stainless sink. Every time I see that, to this day, I regret paying for this cleaning service. And paying so much.... They ruined my sink, and tried to tell me they did a good job. Also so insulting that Marilyn tried to justify it as if I lived I a cesspool, and since it hasn't been professionally cleaned since I bought it, it must have been a disaster. I live alone, clean 2x per week, but booked them for a deep clean to impress my family coming in town. Didn't pan out. I should have just set aside an afternoon and done it myself. To the owner/mgmt: Please don't try to portray my brand new house (I live alone & the house was a new build btw) as some sort of disgusting crash pad. It's extremely petty. I have photos before the cleaning to.prove that was not the case. Seems to be a common tactic with them based in other reviews. I have no personal animosity for this company, and wish them the best. I just wish they would accept their errors instead of firing back at a paying customer (over 400 for one cleaning btw for a small townhouse) and trying to justify their shoddy service. Hi Marlyn, Obviously not asking for money back since I never did and you are correct I knew the price going in. My point is the price for the deep clean once done wasn't worth the money. Yes, they came and re cleaned the areas that were missed that were apart of the package. So thankful for that but then I noticed more areas a few days after they had back that never were dusted. My point is if you pay for a full deep clean, everything should've been done and shouldn't have to come back. Exceptional service. I requested a quote and Monica responded almost immediately. It was very inexpensive for both carpet cleaning and move out cleaning. They were running a special to help reduce costs due to COVID so I paid $159 for my apt and $85 for carpet cleaning. They arrived on time and were very efficient. I left them alone to do their work and when I returned, they were done (all within 3 hours). I liked that the team communicated when they would be arrive and when they would be done. And I messaged them constantly over the days leading to cleaning and they always responded in a timely manner. I know they've got a lot of houses to clean so it was nice that they took the time to respond to all of my questions. I was a little hesitant since some people seemed really unhappy on Yelp but the vast majority were very happy with their work. And I'm definitely in the happy camp! read more

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! First, they were 30 minutes late and didn't tell me until approx. 7:45 AM when I was already at the the unit. I opened up the unit and had to leave without showing them around. Second, they (a man and a teenage boy--who brings a child to do this work and claim we will get "two professional cleaners"?) did a shoddy job for $324 for only two hours of work. Literally two hours. And their work reflects that they spent only two hours. For example, none of the kitchen cabinets had been wiped out. There was probably half a cup of salt spilled inside a cabinet in the kitchen, there was still trash at the bottom of another cabinet, etc. I had to spend time asking them to clean such obvious things, and that alone is a disappointment. They did clean those things, but why did I have to waste my time telling them such obvious things? Upon complaint to the man that I was angry that the work was bad, he took the child and stormed off and left. Then the company required pictures to issue any refund. And I was insulted with comments like, "Glad you handled your complaint better with us," as if I couldn't be angry that I just spent $324 for such shoddy work. Furthermore, I wasted two of my life cleaning AFTER they left and I was issued only a $100 refund. The pictures say it all: Despite promises of what they "will clean,@ here is what was not clean: baseboards, cabinets (inside or out), shower, trash on floor--should I continue? I am not one to typically write reviews, but I feel that it would be a disservice to future customers if I did not voice my concerns with this company. I am very disappointment in multiple aspects of the cleaning and the company itself. First some positives, they arrived at the promised time and the cleaners were very kind and courteous. They did a nice job cleaning the bathrooms. That is about the extent of my compliments for this company. It started even before the cleaners came. I message them through yelp and got immediate responses and prices (which were not very clear). I requested a date for cleaning which was available and I was told that they would send me information about the cleaning including the price and when would be scheduled sometime a day or so before the cleaning. At 4 pm the day before the cleaning, no one had contacted me. I contacted them to ask about the time they were planning to come and was finally given a time. Nothing else was given to me including prices, what the cleaning would entail or anything else that was promised to me. I should have asked for more, but I guess I was too trusting of what a cleaning should be. The cleaners (3 of them) were only in my home for about an hour and for my 4 story, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome, which is a very short amount of time. It typically takes cleaning companies 2-2.5 hours to clean the home. The lack of time spent was noticeable. The hardwood floors were not mopped or cleaned at all and food was still visible on the floor. The countertops were still dirty and when I ran my finger across it, dust and debris came off of it in multiple locations. I generally keep a clean home, but I hire house cleaners to do the extra stuff other than the daily sweeping the floors and wiping the counters. Overall not satisfied with the cleaning. I called the company to voice my concerns and when I received a call back, I was insulted. I was told that my home was "too dirty" and needed to be a deep clean instead of a regular clean. They complained that I had some cat food all over my countertop. Yes, I have cats and I put their food on the counter and guess what, some food gets out of the bowl. It was exaggerated and said that there was cat food everywhere. Literally takes like 30 seconds to wipe the dry cat food up. (I did say on my initial paperwork that I have cats). I was then told that the cleaners struggled to maneuver their vacuum around all of the toys that were all over the place. I specifically picked up all of the toys and things off of the floor to make it easier for them. Are there some toys on the floor? Yes, like my kid's rocking horse and train walker which are larger floor toys. Again I was told that based upon the state of my house that I needed a deep clean. My previous cleaners, who cleaned every 2 weeks never had a complaint or concern. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. read more

I read reviews on this cleaning company and decided to go with them because the reviews were favorable. Much to my disappointment, the cleaning was poorly done. It started with the 3 employees, one of which was the supervisor, arriving at my home almost an hour late, which I had to call and ask if they were still coming prior to their arrival. They finished cleaning my 2 bed 2 bath home in a little over an hour, after they left I noticed several things that were totally unsatisfactory: the floors were still dirty, the glass top stove still had grease on the burners, the kitchen sink had a spot that was completely missed were the most blatant misses. I took photos of all, sent them to the owner and called her to discuss. Although she was apologetic and offered to send the crew back to fix those items however I was disappointed that the service was sub-standard to begin with and requested that she provide a partial refund instead. For the price, I'd give the Maid Masters team that came out between 3.5 to 4 stars. The crew that arrived consisted of 2 ladies who came in and got to work right away. They were friendly enough and made sure to ask me to please walk the house and check their work before leaving. I did, and it all looked good and smelled clean. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what cleaning towel they used on the bathroom counters but it left a few fuzzies all over that we didn't really see/feel until later that evening. The kitchen wasn't as bad and the marble there is dark with a "textured" look so they were not very easy to see. Also, the floor in the master bathroom appeared to have a few loose hairs stuck to the ground, assuming left over from the mop. I lose a TON of hair so I can't blame them lol but I was hoping they would've seen those hairs and cleaned it up. Not a problem, we wiped it up. I would consider using them again but would make sure to check for those things the next time to see if they could make sure the towels they use don't leave funky residue. read more

We purchased a new home and wanted it clean before we move in. So obviously there was no furniture or anything in the house. The little things I asked them to do, they didn't even do it. Dust and clean the chimney rock wall. Clean the floor where the water heater is. Wipe off smudge marks on bathroom doors. I also asked them to sweep the garage and they said it would cost $15, which was fine at the time. But seriously, almost $300 to clean an empty house. And they couldn't even make it spotless. My wood floors had streak marks. My stove top had streak marks. In my opinion, they did a half ass job. Not terrible. But should've been better for the price I paid. First time using this cleaning service & I don't even know where to begin. Let me start off by saying I started out on a positive note with this company. They had quick response time, worked around my schedule for cleaning and then all of a sudden the quality of it dropped. I came home from work expecting the house to smell clean and it didn't even smell like it had been cleaned. The maids left the stove top on with an expensive Mackenzie- Child teapot on it & it was burning when I walked in. That is a serious fire hazard especially with my little dog in the house and the fact that I live in a building. Many things could have gone wrong. All items that they touched / cleaned were re arranged and disorganized. The bedroom bed looked like a 4th grader made it for the first time & some how I have a missing picture that is off my wall behind my bed. When I contacted the lady right when I walked in and expressed my frustration her response each time was we can come back and make the bed & straighten your items. Not once said I'm sorry let's get you a free cleaning & come fix everything for you or even a refund for the situation. I work in customer service and this is the worst customer service I have experienced for a first time client. I highly do not recommend this company for maid service.. Not professional and a waste of money. First time using this company! I have already left a Yelp Review regarding the irritating situation with this company. Please check there for some picture. The cleaning appointment was reserved quickly and efficiently via just texting. The cleaning lady that came to my apartment was on time and professional, I believe her name was Betty. I go back and forth between California and Texas for work but decided to move recently and stay for a bit. Booked a move in cleaning and steam carpet cleaning with this company upon reading their reviews. Everything was an easy setup from requesting an appointment through the website, to payment, and lastly, when the cleaners arrived.  Everyone was very professional from start to end. Elia and Miguel were able to take care of everything excellently. They were able to remove stains and odor from the previous tenant's pets. They also did not charge me for stain removal which was great. The eco cleaning solution they used for the carpets smells wonderful and it also deodorizes the carpet.
