Took them about 4 hours. I mainly wanted them to get all the dust bunnies from under the beds but didn't realize how happy I would be with the microwave and refrigerator. When we raised concerns on several occasions, the attitudes of some team members worsened rather than improved. During subsequent visits, staff made condescending and inappropriate remarks, creating an uncomfortable work environment. There was also an incident of petty theft that was caught on camera. When we confronted the company, the item was returned, but no meaningful action or accountability followed. On multiple appointments, teams arrived and claimed "nothing needed to be cleaned" and attempted to leave without performing services. It became clear that the company did not take our concerns seriously or care about maintaining professional standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and we would not recommend this company for office cleaning services. (Update) And they are lying. I have many emails showing proof of theft and the team acknowledging the theft, of the conversations with the team of them returning the stolen items. These guys are scoundrels. I wanted a deep clean before I started moving all my stuff in, putting it in the cabinets, etc. Scrubbies gave me a competitive quote right away and were very responsive. I chose to go with them over the competitors. The service itself was great - the ladies cleaned my 1br for about an hour and a half, and left before I was back (with my permission). I got home and while parts of my apartment were clean, the inside of the fridge, the inside of the cabinets, and the baseboards had not been cleaned. I called Scrubbies, as they had requested feedback, and expressed my disappointment that perhaps I had a different expectation of "deep clean" than they did. They immediately said they wanted to rectify it and would come out the next morning to do so. Then the owner called me as well to apologize and said they would take care of it. Kendra came out the next morning and addressed everything I had asked about. I think perhaps what I expected originally was not on their "deep clean" list, and I may not have conveyed what I was looking for 100% clearly, so for them to then go above and beyond really made an impression. In the last few times I've used them, Daniel would change the rate price on me at the last minute and would notify me either day prior or day of so it would be impossible for me to find another cleaner at the last minute. He increased my rate because I renovated my home and added a bathroom. Then from there he increased the rate again significantly the night before the appointment stating that it was because I didn't do a cleaning last month. I was away for work for a few weeks so I obviously wouldn't need a cleaning but I did try to book them that month in question and they weren't available before my trip so I opted to have them come after my trip which is why I couldn't book them last month.
