We had been in the house to view it numerous times before. Even the day before, so I knew where the dirt was lol Dirt in the same spot as it was the day before. Nothing had been touched except the toilets and the mirrors. Oh, and the floors were vacuumed in the bedrooms. There was no "clean smell" in the home. No disinfectant, no bleach, no nothing. Smelled stale just like it did prior. Floors were dirty and dusty. Counter tops and stove top had not been cleaned. Refrigerator was filthy. Baseboards had not been touched. Windows had finger prints and dust. Bathroom sinks had dirt and hair along with the showers. Nothing was done. I stood in there and cried because this was not the experience I wanted to have in 1 of my new homes. I took video and called Fabrice and let them know abt my concerns. Very apologetic, which I can respect but I'm big on how we will fix things. What's the resolve? So, my review is based off of my initial experience. I will change it once I get resolution. Not only was the service much less than promised. The owner's attitude is THE most disgusting attitude I have heard in years. That being said she is the only reason I have given the second star. There were cobwebs left in a few corners and a light fixture was broken. The clean was far to expensive for the service I received. I would not recommend using moxie but if you do choose to use them make sure to be present for the walk through after and take pictures before just in case anything gets broken. The broken light fixture was not noted on the virtual walk through afterwards and when I called to let them know my issue they implied that they had not broken the light (even though I had photos to prove that the fixture had not been broken before they showed up). They did offer a $40 refund for the broken light fixture however the fixture is at least twice the price. As for the left cobwebs the Moxie Maids had no real response to the issue and put the blame on me for not being there afterwards for an in person walk through. Moxie Maids were very flexible with my schedule, however the price is far to expensive for the service I received.
