What really impressed me was noticing the next morning that they had even cleaned out my shower drain, something I hadn't expected and didn't realize until later. I also commend the workers--cleaning is hard work and they deserve respect for the hard work they do! Pros: 1) Extremely prompt, professional, and accommodating. I requested an estimate on Sunday and Mike came to my house on Tuesday. I was running late for our appointment but he patiently waited and excused my own tardiness. I also like that Mike comes for the estimate--I may be reading into my own interpretation, but I see it as a way for him to protect his employees by vetting the potential clients and I commend him for that. 2) The cleaning team was very respectful when they came. I was on a teleconference call and although they usually start "top down," they changed up their schedule so I could finish my conference call in my home office. 3) They did a really good job with the clean, overall. Our house was pretty messy and certain things like the blinds hadn't been done in an extremely long time so I really appreciate the job they did. 4) Payment is easy. You give a credit card number during your estimate and then you receive an email of the bill when the team leaves. 5) They were very accommodating. I wanted the house cleaned prior to hosting family from out of town and they added me on when someone else cancelled so it was cleaned the day after the estimate! Cons: 1) It's really hard to list anything. I think they did a great job. There could have potentially been a bit more attention to detail but I was an add on later in the day and my house was pretty messy! She worked 11 hrs each day for two days and cleaned literally everything ( blinds, baseboards, windows sills, light fixtures etc) as well as all other typical cleaning and brought our "construction zone" back to a home!
