So I'm not typically one that writes a review but in this case I had no choice. I called made pro to come out and clean an empty townhouse so I could have it ready to move in and they did a terrible job. I tried to reach out to let them know that I wasn't happy with her services and I couldn't leave a message because the voicemail was full. I emailed and got no response and finally when I got a hold of somebody she told me that it was past 24 hours, so there was nothing she could do but for me to Send her an email with the pictures that I had of the work that should've been done that wasn't and she still hasn't responded to my email so I do not recommend this company. They were very nice when I was seeking out help for the cleaning and they were very prompt on getting back to me and talking to me ASAP but when something went wrong, it was impossible to speak with anybody. To have to pay $364 for an empty house and only get 2 1/2 hours of cleaning when they were supposed to be there 4 to 5 is horrible business so I would never refer this company to anyone. read more

I used MaidPro for the first time and I will not use them again. At first glance, the house seemed clean but upon further inspection, I noticed that they didnt vacuum any of my area rugs. Vaccuming is a basic function of maid service so I am perplexed as to why this was not done. For as much money as I spent, I would have expected better service. MAIDPRO DOUBLE CHARGES and pretends it's an accident almost every month. If you don't have time to double check all your charges every week against their service days then stay away. They charge prior to and after the same service day or they DON'T show up and charge anyway. And when you catch them they argue with you to provide proof.. BEWARD OF THIS COMPANY. They are not accredited with the BBB. They asked for my credit card for a "hold" when i requested that I pay them by check after cleaning, either $202 for a recurring service every other week, or $275 for a one time fee. Without authorization, they charged $275 for the full amount on my credit card, then sent a team to our gated community who could neither read nor follow the english language instructions to open the gate (scroll down to the correct name and press the button). I fielded 8 phonecalls from the cleaning crew outside the gate while at the office, and they could not understand a word of English could not follow the instructions to operate the automated gate or get in. Finally, after speaking to nine agents when I asked for a manager to call, Rudolpho the regional manager called and said that it is not the company's fault that the cleaning crew cannot understand English. He then hung up and refused to offer a refund. My credit card company (MASTERCARD) will now have to block the transaction, cancel my card and send a new one after 4th of July. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A BETTER VENDOR. read more

This is a terrible company. My dog I and I had no idea that they arrived so they charged me the entire cleaning fee of almost $300 for no show when I was clearly home with my door unlocked and my doorman who let them in. They didn't want to clean and just wanted to take my money. I wish I never found them. read more

Where do I start...I hired maid pro and the first cleaning is a "deep clean" I was asked what's very important to me and I expressed the bed being made and the dusting. I have a small one bed room apartment, just me and I'm very clean. After the first cleaning my house was most definitely not deep cleaned (you pay more for the first cleaning) the bathtub was not cleaned properly, blinds were dusty, night table and lamps still dusty, and the duvet was made sideways. I contacted the manger and she was VERY nice and apologized, credited and had them reclean the next day. It's was perfect. I signed up for cleaning every two weeks so my tiny apartment can't get that dirty or difficult. I had about 3 or 4 not cleanings with them and not once was my bed/duvet made properly. After I brought it to the managers attention she her self said she would check my house as there were a few other little things like the cleaning products leaving steaks on glass and counters nothing major. Supposedly she checked but yet I came home and my top sheet was now a decorative bow on my bed. Though it was cute the top sheet serves a purpose, again making me have to fix it. I don't understand why it was so hard to make a bed right. Me not wanting to constantly complain and the manager being so kind and professional I decided to stick it out. The very last cleaning I was out of town. When I came home 5 days later is was obvious my house was not cleaned at all. I saw dried cleaning spray all over my counters, most looked never even wiped, dog hair everywhere (what is looks like after two weeks) nothing looked like it was even cleaned, even pink ring in the toilet (shouldn't even happen if it was cleaned two weeks ago). I called my dog sitter and asked her how it looked when she came to pick up the dog that day and she said not cleaned and they didn't even make your bed right! I couldn't believe it. I will say Vonnie the manager was super nice but I explained nice doesn't clean my house and make it worth it. I told her I was leaving a review as I only saw glowing reviews prior and I don't understand how. She asked me not to and refunded me yet again. I told her I didn't want my money but that I was reviewing regardless. She even sent me a pic of my "made bed" with the top sheet bow from my "last cleaning" that the provider took to show she did her job. What was funny is the charger cord on my night stand in the pic I was with me on my trip so the pic was from two cleanings before. I do not recommend them at all. read more
