Guerline Louis has been our MaidPro person for the past few cleanings. If I could give her 20 stars, I would. Unfortunately, my husband did not give her the correct tip amount so guess who is sleeping on the couch with the cats tonight? Guerline is thorough, very sweet, and cleans our place just the way I like it. she doesn't move our stuff in different areas and then, I have to move it back to it's original spot. She puts everything back in its place. Somehow, she manages to clean and organize the kids' room. It's a whole hot mess in there, but she gets the job done. 11/6/17- well we we're happy to have another new girl lucky same girl came next time. That's what we agreed upon when we set this up. But I receive a call from a gentleman that tells me that our girl had left her book there and our check was in it. I told him to call the company and he was rude and hung up. I called d the new Manager Angela told her what had happened. Well bottom line she sent me email which I didn't get to late that night, telling me to cancel my check. Well when I got email it was after 5:00pm Friday . I called this morning Monday and again left message , again I had to call their again. I told her I NO longer what to use service. I contacted MaidPro several times explaining that I needed a deep clean upon moving into a new townhome. They seemed so helpful and understanding of what I needed. It would be a couple of weeks before they could come clean, which was fine. However, when they did come it was a disappointment. Three maids came and "deep cleaned" a 3500 square foot house in 2 hours. They left a list explaining what they "cleaned." Most of what was checked off was not even done. Baseboards were not dusted nor windowsills. Visible crumbs left on the kitchen counter. Hair still in all bathrooms. Floors visibly not mopped or stiffened. We were surely disappointed for $379. I could've done what they did myself. I called back to let administration know I was unhappy. They said a manager would call me back. Over 24 hours later, no word. I called again for them to tell me they didn't even have a note from me for a callback. Luckily, they were willing to give me a re-clean. They promised that none of the previous maids would be back. The next day, ONE maid came back who had cleaned my house the previous time, surely putting us in an awkward position. We had to explain to her what we wanted cleaned even though they should already know because that is their job. We explained the bathrooms needed serious work, only for us to be told we needed to provide bleach. What cleaning company doesn't have bleach for bathrooms? I'm only giving this company 3 stars and not 1 because they sent someone to reclean for free. Will not be using their services again. read more

I scheduled an appointment more than a month ahead of time. I confirmed the appointment the day before and was charged in full. Someone was supposed to show up between 8am-12pm and no one showed or called. Their offices are closed on Saturday so there's no way to call to get an update or any type of help. For the cost of these services, I do not recommend the wasted time or effort. read more

When I first called to schedule my appointment, Ms. Bayna C. took down my information, followed up for my first appointment, and set up a recurring schedule for my cleaning. We have been using MaidPro for about a year now. They always do a very good job in our 1 Br/1.5 Ba condo and the pricing is totally fair. However, this week our clean was fantastic! We had new people come in, Schemica and Tina, and everything was sparkling, spotless, and smelled great! Additional note: I forgot to review them earlier about a specific event. One of their cleaners had broken a large glass tile from our coffee table, which had a total of 4 glass tiles. It was as a thick piece of glass and it had beveled edges. I imagine it was not easy to find. Yet, in ONE week they replaced it and I can't even tell which is the new one vs the original 3 next to it. Great customer service! read more

They are completely unreliable and they will call you the day before the scheduled cleaning and reschedule and will do it again and again! I promise you that! Had MaidPro clean today. I hired a service because I was recovering from the flu and at the time of the service, preparing to move out in two days. It my first maid cleaning experience. First of all, if you are allergic to dust mites, do not let maids enter with dusters. I've been in this rental for six months and never battled a sinus issue. I began sneezing shortly after they arrived and then realized it was the dusters after they left. I haven't recovered and I have a lot of work to do and I am in sinus pain and I packed the medicine already and my son is also allergic and asthmatic. I hired them because I wanted the best. It's important to know that MaidPro does not polish the dust from chandeliers even though we agreed this would be done and it was included in the estimate but they did not refund. Plus, it astonishes me they would think they could use a duster on a chandelier when I expected a hand wipe. The chandelier was over a breakfast table and you can reach the bottom while standing. Their response to this review is they only go three steps up. Well, the kitchen maid used my two-step ladder for everything. Cleaning a chandelier... well, if the pros don't do it...? I also had to remind one 2-3x to do the kitchen cabinet baseboards and window sills. Other than that, the upstairs was fairly clean and the downstairs kitchen was polished well, but took longer than I expected. One requested two more hours through the manager. This kitchen had a mostly empty and mostly clean appliances, some soaked silverware left in dish bin, and pre-cleaned ovens). Nevertheless, I liked how they handled situations professionally by calling me. Also, the maids were quiet. I was concerned about the extra time one maid requested so they sent out a quality control person because that one maid took three hours in the kitchen. (Though we are moving, this was not a "move out" clean because she was not required to clean inside cabinets (The cabinets were already well-kept because I wanted my money back from the rental and so she didn't clean them.) She would return to polish the fridge three times plus the outside cabinets with baby oil after finishing them and later, I had to tell her stop wiping the patio window because it was already cleaned by another maid. Even though she took three hours, I still had to point out the specific detail I requested, which was a dirty floor area inside the trash cabinet and then, the cabinet baseboards weren't clean. I suspect she dawdles to avoid other tasks because the two other maids finished 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, a movie room, (and the floors of all those areas), patio windows, outdoor grill area, and the office in the same amount of time it took her to do the kitchen. We are clean people so she wasted a lot of time. As they were packing up, I tell the kitchen maid to wipe the window sill in the office. She grabs my step ladder and spends 5 minutes wiping the blinds that the other girl already wiped before wiping the sill. Wasting time. The photos I took were after they left and I saw that the kitchen maid never touched the living room, which is why I found dust on the tv stand. Overall, we accepted the cleaning and feel that tipping $20 each is appropriate even though we paid over $500. However, not sure if I would hire a maid service again. read more

I scheduled Maidpro and I had a good experience scheduling with them via the phone, they were very responsive and prompt with their scheduling and communication. However, on the day of service, the maids showed up 3 hours early. We scheduled them to arrive at noon and they came at 9 AM, so I kindly requested them to come back as scheduled. The two ladies that were cleaning our house, they were slow. Our house is very clean, it would take a professional 45 minutes max to clean our living room, kitchen and two guest bathrooms. In fact, we just had professionally cleaned 2 days ago so there is not much to clean except for tidying it up and putting dishes in the dishwashers. What was unprofessional is that, they kept chatting with us instead of focusing on doing their jobs. We tried to be friendly but we all were working and it's rude to interrupt someone while they were working. They took 2 hours for what could have been a 45 minute job. I asked if they could clean some other areas and they originally said yes, but at the end they worked super slow and chill and they ended up not cleaning anything else. I am very disappointed. I wish I had recorded a video to show you what a horrible job they provided to us and to our house. Do Not hire them. read more

I've been with Maidpro FTL for about two months and having bi-weekly cleans. I've specifically had Shameeka my last two and I have to say from the beginning they've been wonderful but Shameeka has been excellent. I see her when she arrives, she's pleasant but most importantly she knows my place and does a superior job. Worthless and dishonest are the best words to describe these clowns, and before the owner Michelle jumps in and claims they have unprecedented demand for their fabulous services I will point out that I spent, literally, an hour in the phone with these folks, set up two separate dates, in order to ensure I had the cleaning done before I returned to town, gave them my Amex number, along with my lockbox number and had the cleaning set only to be told, hours later, that neither day worked. Terry is so efficient and thorough. She's about my third cleaner and I think the best so far. She seems to move through the house in a very organized manner and remembers all the details. And she still finished on time. She is also very pleasant and deals with my dogs. My service has been good overall with MaidPro - just dont forget to cancel your scheduled service l if you go out of town (I'm always here for the clean but i guess thats optional). If I could give negative stars, I would in a heartbeat. The two women that came to my house were very nice and lovely. I requested a deep clean and felt like I received a mild surface level cleaning at best. They neglected almost every clean aspect of my kitchen. The ridiculous pricing doesn't match the service provided. Over $200 for a deep clean that isn't one? I wish I didn't take a day off for this horrible service. The only detail they seemed to focus on was tissue orgami. I also wish I could get the 20 minutes I wasted on the phone detailing their offerings and my expectations. They didn't care less. At the end of the day, I shouldnt have to do clean up work on my house after a cleaning service that I paid over $200 came to do a "deep clean". Save yourself. read more

OUR IPAD WENT MISSING! The last clean we had, the company knew it was the last clean which we advised them. I kept this company for 6 months hoping they would change. The cleaners they send are always "new in training" and never the same. High turnover with employees. Terri and the other good staff left after a few months. I stuck with them hoping old staff would come back or new good staff would be hired. The office manager can never get her scheduling of cleans right. It's always the customers fault when they get the dates mixed up. I left my first review after a month, that was too soon. Wait a bit and you will see inconsistency. Majority of the cleaners who cleaned for me in the first few months, quit. They've sent 15 different cleaners to my house which says a lot. They basically rely on one head cleaner/supervisor and are extremely unorganized. Very small company, not enough cleaners. I won't be using them again. read more

Was very disappointed with the service. It was a move out cleaning ,I was promised by the company that they would vacuum, dust, clean baseboards, kitchen cabinets, mop the floors and bathrooms. They sent two people as i asked for to make it faster. My apt was 1200 sq.ft. They requested additional two hours, which i agree assuming the place will be spotless. What a surprise was when i came. Kitchen cabinets were dirty, I took a sponge and wiped the dirt in front of the ladies to show this wasn't cleaned. Good thing is that there supervisor came. Next the floor in the kitchen was very dirty. I took a bounty to wipe it and it was dark grey. The baseboards in some places wasn't even touched. Some dirt on the floor that i had to pick up. The supervisor stayed extra 40 minutes to clean up after the cleaning ladies. When my landlord came the same day the first question was if i cleaned the place. Good thing that i had a receipt for over $400 to show as a proof. I called the company to complain and they offered reclean the kitchen floor. This stress and money is not worth it at all! It is better to hire someone private rather then big companies. Bad service! read more

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, The cleaning had locked a privacy lock in which I do not have a key to and attempted to blame me for locking it and kept insisting that it was not her company. It cost $190 to open my door and another $80 to replace the broken lock. The manager didn't even have the decency to speak with me directly. read more
