So... Between COVID and some medical issues, I REALLY lost control of household chores. By my birthday in November 2021 I had really had enough and decided to treat myself by hiring a pro for a deep clean. I've never been happy when I've done this in the past, so I researched as thoroughly as I could--I looked online for what to expect, how to prep, and how to find the right professional. I read reviews for Renato, and I'm so happy I found him! His reviews were glowing on Google and Yelp. We arranged for a one-time deep clean, with the possibility of monthly maintenance cleaning if all went well. Yeah, it went well. He came out for a walk-through and we found him so pleasant, and he gave me a reasonable price, so we scheduled it. On the day, he was punctual and professional. He got straight to work, and it was no small feat, but he worked so thoroughly and diligently. We are two long-haired adults with a small fuzzy dog, so you can imagine the mess we make... By the time he was done we were nearly in tears. This house has NEVER been so clean. We gave it a white-glove check after he left, which was AMAZING. But the most surprising thing is that now, 2 weeks later, we're STILL coming across little details that we missed but he hadn't. I think he touched every open space in this whole house--and he didn't just wipe the surfaces, he polished them. Somehow, the house is even staying clean--what sorcery is this? From your first interaction on the phone with Matt (also excellent), you know these guys are professional, accommodating, and enthusiastic abut their service. Renato and team arrived on time, took a quick tour of the house and went to work. Every nook and cranny addressed, every baseboard and window sill wiped clean, even the Oven exhaust vents were taken down and expertly cleaned like new. Who does that? Renato does!
