I'm disappointed to say that my experience with MaidPro has not been great. Because this is not my primary residence, I rely heavily on communication and consistency, which unfortunately were lacking. Cleaners were sent to my home who had never been there before without my knowledge. I only found out after the fact and brought it to Macarena's attention, at which point she said she "forgot" to inform me. That lack of communication was concerning given that someone was entering my home. After raising the issue, I received voicemails but very little meaningful follow-up, and my emails went unanswered. It became clear that I was not a priority as a client. For $400 per week, I expected better customer service and a higher-quality cleaning. Ultimately, I chose to cancel services due to the poor communication and subpar job overall. I would not recommend MaidPro based on this experience. read more

Great service! Aneiry and Fanny were the pros that visited my apartment for a cleaning. They were on time, and brought all of their own cleaning supplies. What I was most concerned about was my oven, it had not been cleaned in a few months and they were able to efficiently make it look as good as new. Maid pro did great on the first 2 cleanings. And went way down hill after that. They wipe with water. They do NOT clean well. Twice I was asked to increase time they clean for additional money because they need more time to clean my house. My contact lcalled me to say they stayed an extra half hour to clean today and would like to increase the time ( for more money) on a regular basis. Of course I checked my Ring alarms and they not only did not stay the "extra" half hour to clean they stayed ten minutes less than they were "supposed" to be there. When I responded with the videos of the maids coming and going I got no response. I canceled the service. And they ignored it. And are trying to send cleaning. Ladies out to get another cleaning out of me. AVOID at all costs. read more

I can't believe they are charging me $300 for cleaning one bedroom and two bathroom. The cleaners did very poor job on removing dusts and stains and they took 4 hours to clean. I initially looked online for Maidpro and requested an estimate over the weekend, prompting a quick call on Monday morning to arrange an extremely quickly scheduled cleaning on literally the following day. My basement studio got a full cleaning from Margoth, and she also arranged all the garbage, and even cleaned out the fridge (extremely spoiled inside, was very hesitant to even ask) wonderfully. Stay away! The cleaners rush through their job. Not only will they not fully clean your house, but my walls and floors were totally scratched. The final straw was when the cleaner broke the blinds which cost hundreds of dollars to fix. They asked me to send the receipt so they could reimburse me, but never did. supremely disappointed. i was initially quoted a 4 man-hour job for my house cleaning for $194 per biweekly service. with a $25x3 ($75 total) discount special for new customers, my first cleaning was supposed to be $169. they sent a team of 2 on the day of cleaning. i proceeded to give them a tour and a synopsis of what needs to be done where, which took about 20 minutes. then they started to clean after 10 min of prep. 1.5 hours later, they got a call from the manager warning that their 2 hours are up. since they got started late due to intro and prep, the team wanted to stay a bit late and finish up to fill up the 2 hours. i was thankful at the time... until the bill came. i was charged $254, quoting that the team had spent 3 hours (6 man-hours) and that since i am cancelling my biweekly contract with them because of this, that they will rescind any and all discounts. so even if they agreed to charge a 4 man-hour bill, it still came out as if it was a 6 man-hour work. confused? yes, as am I, with their ridiculous reasoning and non-explanation. STAY AWAY as some of the more honest posters have warned. their hourly charge pricing model is NOT in customer's favor, and the management runs a pretty shady practice in customer service. read more

Where do I begin?! I live in the basement portion and things have just gotten so terrible that I needed someone to clean... MaidPro was the only company out of 4 that actually got back to me and communicated with me. This was huge because other companies around the area did not reply back and I was very frustrated... I called them to request a call upon arrival and they did.. Monica did my house and boy am I in loveeeee!! I cannot wait for her to return. So I am updating my review after waiting around since my pro was to arrive from 11-1... I contacted my pro after 1pm to find out she got held up and couldn't come until 2:30... Customer service was good when first booking my one time clean, however when someone called to confirm the day before and gave me the wrong time I was initially told- I should have known it would be down hill from there. I was originally given a 12-2pm window time 2 weeks before when I booked. Upon confirmation the appointment the day before, I was told arrival time was 8-9am. And then told "there are no two hour window times"...... when I had an email stating my 12-2pm window time. Bizarre, but I wasn't going to argue. Then my "pros" came an hour late arriving at 10am. I'm assuming because they were late, they rushed through cleaning my apartment. With two of them I thought the place would be spotless. My bathroom floor wasn't even mopped, the outside of my tub not clean, and the tiles along with plenty of other areas were never even touched. My living room was mopped, but any planters or items on the floor were mopped AROUND.... never moved, never vacuumed or dusted behind. The 49 point checklist???? Hilarious. My baseboards weren't even touched. I was quoted at 3 hours, but if two pros are sent they each do 1.5 hours of work. Well, my pros finished in exactly 1 hour- maybe if they stayed the entire time then the apartment would have been cleaned. I was also told the day before that if they completed in less time than quoted the price would be adjusted- funny because my card was charged the next day full price without anyone ever asking me if I was satisfied. And I sent an e-mail to customer service letting them know I was unsatisfied. I was so disappointed because I was hoping to really like this service and hoped to use again but not if I have to clean myself and finish after they leave...... and I know they will have someone come back out the next day, however in my opinion just do it right the first time around. Unfortunately, after some great cleanings, I had to cancel my services with this cleaner today. The cleaner was supposed to show up betwee 9-10am. Being that I work from home, I scheduled my outside appointments during the time the cleaner would be there so that she would have the freedom to clean, vacuum, etc. I got back home around 11:30am, expecting her to be close to being done, and realized no one had even showed. No notice or message was given to me. I reached out to Maid Pro to let them know that no one showed up. This was the reply I got: "Dear Ms. Eubanks, I spoke to the pro she said she was stuck in traffic this morning she should arrive shortly. Please advise." What?? No apology? No "I'm sorry that she didn't show up"? Nope. I informed her that this wouldn't work for me, as I had scheduled my appointments around her cleaning so we would have to do after 3:30pm or find another date. I then got this reply: "Unfortunately she will not be able to come to your home at that time I will cancel and we will resume services on 4/12/17". What???? So I was expecting a house cleaning, your person doesn't show up, now I won't have a house cleaning for two weeks and there's NO APOLOGY whatsoever??? I cancelled my service right there and then. This isn't the only time the cleaners have been late, but at least I have always gotten an apology so I let it slide. No more unfortunately. I would advise anyone not to hire this company. They are very unreliable and now I know that they are RUDE!!! read more

First I asked to be called before she got her so I was ready for them. She showed up at my door a few minutes late without a phone call. The maid was supposed to be here for 3 full hours, After 2 hours and 20 minutes she said she was done but still tried to charge me for the full 3 hours. If I wasn't here she would have left early and gotten paid for the full time. After she left the garbage in the bathroom wasn't emptied nor the recycling. I moved the couch and she didn't sweep under that couch nor in the closets. She rushed out of here and didn't finish. Wish she stayed the full time and cleaned more thoroughly. This was my first time using a cleaning service and I was very impressed. Lourdes is very polite and paid attention to all the details. She stuck to a few instructions I left and our home was very clean. There was even a sticker of the toilet paper - just like in a hotel. These guys are professionals. Management calls before, follows up and makes sure the customer is happy. I hired someone recently for the first time, and added to the 49pt checklist, and she did everything. She also organized my closets, folded all the clothes perfectly and put them away as well as hang the nice clothes. And she organized the kitchen cupboard with all the plastic containers! A couple of surprises... She cleaned the air vents and garbage cans without me asking! The great thing is that also do the additional tasks you ask. The house has never been this clean. The folks at maidpro never addressed the items of my November review. They never returned my broken property, and never provided a refund check for the service in which their cleaner destroyed the property. They're unprofessional and now almost 2 months later the issue is still unresolved. They've spent the bulk of their verbal response to defending their racial fairness, ( they seem to treat and respond to different neighborhoods differently ) but NEVER actually solved the problem!!! Their lack of action reflects their values and differential treatment. They can respond to my review again defending themselves but.... it doesn't change the facts of their behavior. They use empty terms like '...we take full responsibility....' but....never ACTUALLY respond with a refund check nor the property!!!!!! Theyre ridiculous! I have fired them and chosen another maid service and am now happy. If you choose them ultimately you will too. They claim a credit card refund but my card was cancelled prior to Nov 15 he couldn't have made a credit!!. Again hes sensitive and lies...instead of....sending a refund check and returning the item via FedEx for proof. They don't do things the proper way, including resolving issues which should have been simple. Note that nowhere in his response do they say 'were sorry for the inconvenience' this is telling of their character. No return, no refund, no sorry...only defenses of his hurt reputation. I have been using Maidpro Leonia for a couple of years now and was highly disappointed with their customer service. Be prepared to pay extra if the maid they sent takes 4 hours instead of 3 for the same apartment. I have had good customer service in the past and was amazed at the lack of logic applied by Bridget when discussing this. The worst is that they overcharge you even without informing you.
