I have been using MaidPro services for my Villa Park home for about 2 months now. I really like how MaidPro brings all of the cleaning supplies, including vacuum with them and then even takes the garbage out with them when they leave! I like how I a able to specify which rooms to clean (kitchen, 2 baths, laundry room and living room) and which rooms not to clean (bedrooms). Customer service has been excellent. The couple of times that I needed to speak with someone, I always got through on their phone line or occasionally, someone would call me back. My usual MaidPro is Ericka P. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE after reading positive reviews I called and scheduled them to come in. Vicktoria and Victoria two cleaning ladies came and DID A HORRIBLE JOB. I had them come in for kitchen and bathrooms. They were super UNPROFESSIONAL they were on their phones while cleaning. They didn't sweep or mopped the powder room didn't clean baseboards. I specifically asked for wiping down the kitchen cabinets four of my cabinets were UNTOUCHED. So i videotaped and took pics to send to Kelly (manager) at this point I was already charged $240 so she sends one of the Vicktoria s to come fix it. I am at work and I get a message from my husband saying THE CLEANING LADY IS HERE AND SHE SEEMS MAD. SHE MADE A RUDE COMMENT TOO. LOOKED PISSED OFF had a VERY NASTY UNACCEPTABLE ATTITUDE. i told my husband tell her to leave right now and I will call the office and speak to the manager about HOW NASTY EMPLOYEES they have hired. I would like to hear from the owners please. I have fired this company and already hired someone to come in 2 weeks l. So basically i paid 240 to this SO CALLED MAIDPRO and will have to pay again in 2 weeks .. My 86 year old mother and 60 year old medically compromised sister have used this service for over 2 years without issue. They did a good job at cleaning my mothers home. However they have not been wearing masks. The final time that they were at the house my mother asked them if they had the Covid vaccine shot to which they responded with a firm no. My mother was shocked that they would be cleaning houses without Covid precautions. We are talking about being all over the house of people who have the highest risk of getting the virus, vaccination status not withstanding. Yes, the two of them have been vaccinated. To be sending employees out to work like this is unacceptable. The service has been dismissed and been replaced by a more responsible company. During a pandemic such as this I don't believe that it's up to the customer to question the people that a company like this would send to the home of high risk people. read more

I'm fairly new to MaidPro, approximately 9 month and so far so good. They're very professional and the customer service (which is very important to me) is quite impressive. Gloria & Migdalia are the best!! They are very efficient and honest! They spent over an hour scrubbing the grime off my shower doors. They will accommodate your special requests if you ask them. I'm very particular about cleaning..if I had the time, energy, and will I would do it myself but with four kids it's better to hire someone so the time is spent elsewhere with your family or work. But I would clean just like they do and that's exactly what I was looking for! So I definitely recommend. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because sometimes you don't get the same crew and two, sometimes the crew is rushed and they can't do what they need to but it's not their fault and they always correct it when you mention something. read more

Great company with even better service! I have been using MaidPro Lombard for about a year now for a monthly clean. I have gotten to know the staff personally as they contact me the day before my clean to confirm, leave a note after my clean and then email follow up the next day to make sure everything was done well. It is very refreshing coming home to a clean house after a long day of work. All of our cleans were done thoroughly and professionally. Even better, the staff always treats my cat like she is their pet, so I feel comfortable having her in the house during my cleans with people she is unfamiliar with. read more

My husband got a cleaning for me for mothers day (at my request :-). We have had two cleanings so far. We live in a 4bdrm/2 1/2 bath home. Our basement is finished with carpeting and all the kids toys. Both cleanings have been really great! Everything is always organized and smells great upon arrival. You have the option to sweep OR mop unless you specify. I specified that I wanted the hardwood floors mopped and I believe they only "spot mopped". I also told them they didn't have to dust the baby room because frankly, he is never in there anyway (he is 4 months and in our room still). They did it anyway, which was nice. They clean the outside of appliances and inside the microwave each time. You can specify to clean out the fridge, oven, etc. along with all the normal cleaning you would expect. I feel like they just do it better than when I do it, like they get the bathrooms way cleaner than I do. Going forward, I will ask how many people they send so I can split up the tip based on people. (this time I thought there were two but there were actually 3). While they are not the cheapest cleaning we found, they are VERY reasonable and worth it! Overall, we are very happy with Maidpro in Lombard. We set up every other week cleanings for the foreseeable future. read more

I've been using MaidPro Lombard for a few months now. I'm also a realtor, so Im very particular about who comes and goes in my home, as well as the actual job itself. Repeatedly they have gone above and beyond with my requests. Their level of communication is second to none. I speak with Kelli all the time about added touches or what I need the night before my scheduled clean. My girl leaves dog bones for my pug.. if that isn't great customer service then I don't know what is. My house shines...I'm lucky to have found them. BEST money you will ever spend. I used MaidPro in Lombard for cleaning an apartment that I was moving out after 11 years. I am a messy person by nature. I left the list that was given by my complex. They did a great job. My complex office manager was even impressed. She asked for the company's name to use a referral for other tenants. They cleaned ceiling fans, exhaust fans, stove, oven, cabinets, etc... They didn't clean around stuff, they cleared the counters and tables, then cleaned and disinfected them and replaced everything. The wood floors were spotless. I contacted MaidPro since I was moving out of my apartment and needed it thoroughly cleaned. This was the first time I ever had contacted a cleaning service. First of all, I spoke to Kelli at Maid Pro whom I made the appointment with and she was very friendly and accommodating. I set up my appointment for April 29th and Kristin and Sam showed up on time, at 8:30 were very nice and pleasant and really did a great job within the 90 minute appointment. We hired them to clean our home on a weekly basis. Overall their work was very poor. Seemed more interested in hurrying though the tasks than getting it done properly. Our charge was based on 6hr of work and they rarely spent more than 5. The owner was courteous and listened to our concerns but seemed unable to change the behavior of her employees leaving us dissatisfied. The last straw was when their employee damaged the vanity in our master bath and neither the employee nor the company was willing to take responsibility for the damage they caused. read more

We are 6+ months in with MaidPro, and I love them! The girls (especially Kristin and Krista) come once a month and my house is always sparkling after!! I wish I could afford to have them their more than 1x a month, but it's great to have a regular deep clean to look forward to. The company is great about customer service - Kelly always calls to remind me that they are coming, and to check up after each clean. They try to send the same cleaning crew as often as possible, which is great because the girls get to know me and my random requests. :) Kristin are Krista are prompt, professional, and super friendly. We have been using the MaidPro based in Lombard as our home cleaning service for several months now and are very happy. When getting estimates, we called several other local cleaning services and MaidPro, while not necessarily the least expensive, seemed to provide the best value given their customer service reps were so helpful and organized (were always able to pull up my estimate history as I had called for multiple estimates based on different services), the comprehensive cleaning checklist which is completed at each appointment and the 24-hour guarantee. I get reminder emails a few days before my scheduled service, and the local staff always call afterwards to make sure there was nothing missed. In the first few visits, I did have some feedback and it has been obvious that the feedback has been passed on to the cleaning staff. I also love that the checklist is left in my home afterwards so I know exactly everything that was done each clean. With how much we pack into our days, it is such a relief knowing we have monthly visits from MaidPro to tackle some of the messier parts of life :) read more

I chose MaidPro because they have great reviews. The owners, Brianna and George, came out to my house for a walk through, I showed them some problem areas in the bathroom that our previous cleaning crew wasn't addressing regularly enough. Everything seemed great! 1st visit: great although they noted on their checklist that they didn't have enough time to finish the bathroom (where the problem areas were). Okay, no big deal. 2 weeks later for the 2nd visit: the house was decent. Not as good as before and they completely skipped the bathroom. When MaidPros called for a follow up I explained my concerns. They acknowledge them and offered to come out and fix them. I said don't worry, just do it next time. 2 weeks later for 3rd visit: difficult to tell whether the cleaning people had even come. The bathroom was once again, not cleaned fully and they didn't leave their checklist so I really don't know what they did or didn't do. When MaidPros called again for a follow up I explained my concerns again. They again acknowledged them and offered to come out and fix them. I, again, said don't worry, just do it next time. They told me I should pre-treat any grout issues in the shower. I said the issue isn't that bad. It doesn't need pre-treating. It needs someone to simply touch it. 2 weeks later for the 4th visit: the house was decent overall, but again not noticeably clean. They cleaned most of the bathroom finally, but not the shower...again. I took a regular old sponge and with a little water scrubbed the shower grout. It became noticeably cleaner without any cleaning products (aside from a sponge and water). Needless to say, I'm beyond frustrated. Sandra has cleaned our house with a rotating person each time. Kelly from MaidPro's followed up with me I explained this all to her. She told me she personally came to my house for the 4th visit, to check it and everything was fine. I had 4 visits from MaidPros. From the start they knew my shower was a concern. They never touched the grout in the shower in any of the 4 visits. That's concerning. I'm jealous that everyone else has had such a great experience. Too bad the service and quality of work isn't equal throughout the company. read more
