This guy "Javier" came to my house to clean my carpet months ago. Two days after he left, there were THREE big yellow stains on my light carpet. The stains looked as if a kid colored my carpet with a bright yellow highlighter. My carpet was in PERFECT condition before he worked one it. All I needed was a regular clean, shampooing. Upon noticing this, my husband called him back (2 days later) to take a look at what he did. He came and claimed that these were old stains (lucky I wasn't home) that "popped" up and tried cleaning it again. Unfortunately, the stains reappeared just a week later. We were so upset that we didn't have a carpet cleaned for a while. We hired another company and they told us that our carpet was probably accidentally dyed. The only way to resolve this would be to change the entire stair ways (where the spots are) or dye the rest of the carpet a darker color (3 shades darker). We are only the second owners of this new home with a great carpet until Fifth Labor worked on it. I have tried to reach out to them and no one has returned my call for service request. It's almost as if he's avoiding me. I will NEVER use your company again, although you were very nice in person. You knew what you did and should've fixed it rather than waiting for us to find out on our own. Then you used a lame excuse that "these were pre-existing stains" which was 100% false! We never had stains on our carpet! We have consulted other professional carpet cleaning companies who also do not agree with your claim as they can clearly see what happened. Your company should actually pay to fix this we have been advised. read more
