What great customer service. My wife went to get something notarized and told them I would come by 6 to do the same. I forgot and called at 7 just to see if they were open and in fact they were waiting for me to show up. They knew we needed the doc notarized that day. They officially close at 6pm. I like the owners very much. They helped me with labelling my first Amazon return via UPS - very patient and sweet. I enjoy dropping in for a card, or to give them my popcorn and excess bubble paper. Better than throwing it in the trash since you cannot recycle them. They are also our first choice for doing notary business. They must work very long hours - every day for 6 days. read more

Stopped by on my way to the dentist to mail some cards. Was looking for real post office but my Pioneer nav system steered me wrong. $2.00 for small hard envelope, okay. But $5.85 to mail a total of 8 ounces?! I should have gone to a real post office instead of helping this place make profits by ripping people off of their hard earned dollars. Wish I hadn't been in such a hurry then i would have had better judgement before sealing the adhesive on the envelope. read more

I really try to support local businesses, but when I do sometimes it totally backfires. This is one of those instances. This place is extremely disorganized looking, but you would hope for more, but you won't find it. The folks quoted me unbelievably high prices for shipping - over $60 to ship one shirt to my mother for Mother's Day; then when you try to walk, they hold your packages and start negotiating. I was trying to get it done in time for MD, I'm 37 weeks pregnant, and I had very little patience, so I stayed. She eventually got it down to $20. You have to fill out multiple forms and labels by hand and they indicate they will send you the tracking numbers. Waiting for the husband-wife team to talk back and forth and figure out the costs took forever and seemed completely unprofessional. They never sent me the tracking numbers. When i called it took them 20 minutes to find them on the phone. I will never go here again, it makes the Post Office look like a well-oiled machine! read more

We went here for getting a document notarized. These folks were so nice and helpful, like they actually cared about us. The document that was to be notarized required our fingerprints and I had gone there with a regular ink pad - the one that leaves the ink on your thumb. When they saw us trying to use the regular ink pad, they stopped us and offered us to use their "fingerprint ink pad" on our document so that it doesn't leave the ink mark on our thumbs! Also gave us a paper napkin to wipe our hands afterward. Five starts for the helpful service! read more

We have had probably 50 signatures notarized over the last 6 years at Mail All Center. I've also used them for UPS and Fed Ex. The owners are so nice, professional and accommodating. read more

These folks only intend to make you part from as much of your money as possible. I went there to get three documents intended for the same place notarized. I asked for a single signature and listing all three documents on the signature page. He said that's "old British" way of doing things and illegal - he would have to notarize each document separately and charge $10 for each. When I told him that I had previously gotten the same done at a UPS store and it was accepted, he said the folks who accepted it were stupid. Go figure. I took the documents to another notary and he happily notarized them with a single signature. read more

I live overseas and depend on Mail All Center to maintain my mailing address in California. They have been great - very patient and kind. I dash in about once every two years, change my forwarding address - they periodically bundle all my mail together and send it to me. I forgot to pay my yearly fee, but no problem. I really appreciate them and their service to me. They always recognize me and ask me about where I have been. I think they are very sweet and I also really enjoy supporting a local business. read more

When i give them the document that i am going to ship, the man gave it to the woman at the back and she started to look at my document. Very rude and non-professional. This is the second time I have stopped in this place and both times,the husband and wife team who run this place are EXTREMELY RUDE and CHEAP. This time, I stopped by to ask for a UPS packing slip sleeve (those little clear plastic things that you stick on the box) and the woman said you had to bring your package there or they won't give it to you. I realized they were being cheap, so I asked if I could buy a bunch and she said no you have to bring your package there and use THEIR UPS drop off (I guess they must get a commission from UPS for all packages sent through them) The whole time they just kept repeating the same thing rudely to me as if I was some idiot. It was irritating me so much since I know they get them for free from UPS - as she finally admitted you can get them for free with a commercial account from UPS. read more

Absolutely do not use this center for US mail services! When I discovered that the post office in this shopping center was closed, I decided to send my letter by certified mail from here instead. While I was in the grocery store, I realized the sales person had not given me the certified mail receipt for this. ( Sending something by certified mail has no value without this receipt.) When I went back to check on this, he said this receipt could only be stamped at the post office and I would need to come back tomorrow to get it. I got my letter back from him and he returned the $11.25 I had paid for it. I took the letter to the post office at Fremont and DeAnza Blvd and paid $5 instead. What made me angry about my experience with this mail center is that he never told me he would not be able to give me the receipt that day, he just took my money for it. I also mailed a small package by priority mail and he also charged me an extra $5 for this transaction. He never gave me an itemized receipt for either transaction. I will use this mail center only if I have a prepaid UPS package with tracking and only need to drop the package off with them. read more
