One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. There were two employees working, but one of them always seemed to be busy with things he considered more important than helping customers. It took about 30 minutes just to pick up my delivery. What bothered me even more was how customers were treated differently. I noticed that they actively asked certain customers to leave Google and Yelp reviews, while I was ignored. As a senior and a minority, this made me feel that I was not treated with the same respect or attention as other customers. Good customer service should be provided equally to everyone, not just to customers who may leave a positive review. read more

Was holding off on writing a review until my application was processed and I got my KTN. I booked a week long trip next week. I've never had TSA pre check and the person I'm traveling with has it so I thought now's the time. SJ airport didn't have any appointments soon so the next closest was this location in Mountain View. A bit of a drive but I was willing. I made my appointment but I saw they take walk ins so I drove up the day before my appointment to see if I could get in. I came before noon. Both workers were so helpful and nice. It was a quick process. Make sure you bring the proper documentation. You put your fingerprints, fill out the screen, pay the fee and you're done. This was all on Tuesday and this morning I got the email with my KTN! I didn't expect it to be that fast. They said it would be about 5 days, how about 2! This is the place to go. Had to get Livescan but for florida! FYI, they only do Livescan for california BUT he knew what cards he needed to do and he suggested I do 2 sets in case whomever didn't like the 1 set so I didn't have to get rejected and delayed and do it again. Fast! nice. only feedback is consider having wet wipes or something to wipe off ink. Though he got me a napkin from nextdoor and I had my water bottle to wet the napkin. GREAT prices. great service. recommend this to anyone who needs fingerprinting. read more

Cheap live scan but careless/illegible hand writing caused my application to be rejected and delayed. if the ATI # at the bottom of the form is the only thing linking my live scan to my identity, IT SHOULD BE LEGIBLE. luckily my app review TAT was quick, but thats not the case for many. this could seriously mess up someone's life! read more

Came in for fingerprint scanning and Patal was very helpful, guided me step by step by the process and it was quick!

They were very precise and accommodating. My mom is handicapped and they were kind enough to go to her in the car.
