0 Star -- Absolutely Horrible Customer Service I honestly…read moredon't understand how this location is still operating with the way customers are treated. After dealing with this store multiple times, I can say that my experiences have been consistently awful. Every time I've gone in to simply drop off packages, I've been met with an attitude that is completely unacceptable for a customer-service business. The owner/rep has always been extremely rude, rolls eyes, argues, and acts like I'm inconveniencing them simply by walking through the door. On one occasion, I was actually told not to come back simply just dropping off packages that were already paid for. Let that sink in: you walk into a shipping store to drop off packages, and instead of being treated like a customer, you're treated like a problem. And after looking through the other 1-star reviews, I can see that my experience is far from unique. The complaints about rude, dismissive, and confrontational behavior are remarkably consistent. At some point, when this many customers are describing the same type of experience, you have to wonder whether the problem is the customers or the management. I've used UPS Stores all over Columbus and have never experienced this level of hostility over something as simple as dropping off a package.

I've been here before but I think management may have changed since the last time I was here. Regardless, these folks are excellent. This UPS Store has all of the positive attributes you look for: centrally located, friendly, efficient, patient, helpful, and, surprisingly, quick. They were well staffed and, I'm happy to report, everyone both behind the counter as well as the customers were wearing face masks! I would love to write a longer review, but what more is there to say? Ooh! A couple of more things: This may not be the closest UPS Store to where you are but I would definitely recommend you consider them. I mentioned the location is great but forgot to point out there is plenty of parking. It is located right off a major road in Hilliard with traffic lights on two sides of the shopping center. (I know, that probably seems like a silly thing to mention, but it really makes getting in and out much easier and, if you are like some people that I know and love, you'll feel much more comfortable driving in and out at a light rather than having to time your exit across a few lanes.) Plus there are a lot of other great businesses around including a Kroger, Arby's, a sub shop, a Chinese restaurant, and, at the end, a motor vehicle and driver license bureau so can kill (more than!) two birds with one stone. :-)

Once the packages were submitted and accepted, things smoothed out. Compared to other locations, I would revisit the training curriculum here in regards to customer service.

So... rent an office. Not an entire building. Let a group of small businesses split the cost. Brilliant. I've been working out of Qwirk for 3 days now and I have to say, I'm pretty damn happy here. The company I am working for is in the corner office right next to the kitchenette, so I can zombie walk to it for caffeine overdoses multiple times in the morning without risking falling asleep on the way. There are two of us our office and we have PLENTY of space. Locked doors, etc. + All-you-can drink Keurig coffee pods in 6 different flavors + Short walking distance from Katzinger's, Mojoe Lounge/Cup O Joe, Starbucks, Club 185 + more - convenient for meetings/nourishment. BONUS: Book loft! Lovely lunch break. + Cozy couch area for informal meetings or naps + Conference rooms for more formal meetings (or naps?) - Parking. There's no lot for Qwirk and German Village street parking can fill up pretty fast

Other member businesses are fun to work around. The typically size business that works at Qwirk is between 1-3 people. What works about Qwirk is that everyone has their own private office while still having access to common areas like conference rooms and a sitting area. There's a kitchenette, with access to a microwave, refrigerator, freezer and all the Keurig coffee you can drink. While it's not the "prettiest" space around, it's very functional and extremely reasonable in terms of cost and what you get as a member. Qwirk works for me and my business nicely.
