When I ordered the burger it came out to my table about 4 minutes later. Not sure how they can pull this off for a patty that's 1/2 lb. At home it takes me at least 8 minutes. I went with the Texan specialty burger. This burger wasn't that good and was one that tasted best upon first bite, then progressively got worse as you eat more of it. I didn't finish it and eventually peeled off a lot of ingredients and bun by the end. They have a nice atmosphere, but I would try another menu item next time.
