But if I do have to come here, I know the staff is prompt and courteous. I've only ever had to come here to drop off Amazon returns, so I'm not familiar with their pricing for packages. They do make it pretty easy to come in and just drop off, so that service is very convenient. All in all, it's a good place inside, just maybe come during the day and lock your car doors.

On more then one occasion with others in the store he's complained about being so busy or something not working. As customers, we shouldn't hear that. I get it, but it's not appropriate to vent in front of customers. This last time I had a couple Amazon returns and he told me to use the self-checkout machine. I told him it told me to see an Associate. He said it was because one needed to be bagged by them but I can use it for the other one. So I tried but the box was too big for the bags they provide and it said see an associate. I gave up and drove down to the UPS store by Fred Meyer and was in and out in under 2 mins.
