I wanted to try to send it to her in Florida for the holidays but was quoted crazy prices from Fed Ex. I have done business with the UPS store in Bonney Lake Safeway for many years with great success. I went into that location and the manager was a HUGE help. He listened to my concerns, and I really worked with me to calm my nerves. The painting made it to my sisters in excellect condition and a day early!!!! Fire the stupid Indian woman! I worked at a UPS store for many years and absolutely understand that they make money by selling packing and shipping. I also understand that there's a waiver I could sign to ship the broken item in the packaging that it came in. She refused to send it in the factory box, but offered to sell me a free bag for $4.99. That was the most frustrating customer experience that I've had in a very long time! read more

I've dropped off two Amazon return packages here and both never found their way back to Amazon. I called and they said it can take weeks for an Amazon return to register. Weird, because this has never been the case, in my experience. This is since the store had new management, July/Aug 2022. Hate to say it, but I don't recommend this location. Love UPS but can't trust this store. Head to Puyallup or use the Kohls in Bonney lake for Amazon returns. If you just want to pay for shipping here, be aware, the lines are very long. So I see a long list of complaints, but I've had perfect service every time I've been there. Mostly, I'm dropping off Amazon packages, usually with no packaging accompanying it, and it's been super-quick and to my knowledge never has a package been lost. I go to this UPS all the time. Never experienced anything like today. 2 youngsters was working together and I knew from the moment I saw them it wasn't gonna be a good one. (I know not to judge but they way they were working side by side is so questionable) I have a business and I want my packaging to be presentable but the pregnant young lady just did shitty job. First she put my 14 oz jar in one side of the box together then the other side doesnt have anything, empty, not even a support or some type of bubble wrap then I asked her to put something to secure it. She went in the back to talk to the long hair young guy and I can see them from the mirror talking, she came out started taping the box so I holler at her and told her she forgot to put the paper bag that was supposed to go with it. So then she went back to the back and again talking to the long hair dude. Then she came out with out the paper bag. So Im assuming they made it "nicely" fit in the box. Then when she presented it to me to pay this is what I see !!! (Pictures attached) so then I got confused like are they serious? They would send my sheeeet like this? So I got pissed and told them Im not a bout to have this sent to my customer. This is just shitty and so unprofessional. So I pulled out the tape (which I easily did) (UNSECURED!!) So I opened it right enough the paper bag was in there curved up and almost crumpled. I asked if they folded it and he keep saying " no its not folded. We made it fit" wouldve been better if it was folded. And also no bubble wrap no nothing. Wish I took a pic of what the inside looked like. Im sorry but my 7yr old can pack and do better job than this. What the hell are they thinking??? She literally just pulled out the tape and started circling, tumbling the box around without a care that a fragile item was in there. NO APOLOGY. If I have to listen to the Bonney Lake UPS store location complain about an Amazon return ONE MORE TIME I'm going to lose my $&@! I swear...! For those who don't know if you make an order from Amazon Prime and you need to return it one of the options is to take the order to the nearest UPS store via Prime Returns... No packaging required... Just bring the return code with you. Every time I do, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They whine and complain about how they have to do "another Amazon return...". Listen... you have a UPS Store franchise... taking care of Amazon customers is part of the deal.... If you complain about Amazon customers out loud... why would I come to you to have you ship something for me? Why would I pay you anything for any other service? I am still a customer... This UPS store is so nice to have. The workers are friendly and helpful. I've been here about 5 times now and have never had an issue.

It would be great if they could were open the hours they listed, especially during holiday season. If you try to go near closing, they already have closed the gate. It already takes an army to get all the kids packed up and ready to go, so then when you make it with 20 minutes to spare and the associate is sitting there without acknowledging you, it is very frustrating. Although now that I have read the reviews about poor customer service with Amazon returns, I am going to find a different place next time. read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. As I walked up to the counter there were two associates which neither greeted me and just looked at me while just standing there. They were not busy and seemed to not care I was there. Once the associate Kathy assisted me with an Amazon return she had a poor attitude. I was returning an item that Amazon said not box nor label is required and to just drop it off. Mind you this was not my first time returning an item of this size or shape yet the association told me she could not process my return unless I purchased a box. I explained to her that I've never had to buy a box especially in this case. She then said well look at the item me can't ship it like this and I was very confused because again I've done return at this location with no problems. She didn't seem to want to let me return the item and I had my toddler that was fussy and so I just purchased a $16 box. As she processed my other items the whole she seemed bothered and every item she just threw in a box with no regard to her manner of handling these items and how they will be sent back. At the end of my transaction she noticed I wasn't happy with her service and she said well you can always reach out to Amazon and have them refund you. This UPS really needs to make sure each associate know what customer service means and not treat people in this manner nor their items the way Kathy did. read more

I will never use this UPS again. I get hassled every time about amazons package less return and they get me to pay for a box for it. Okay I'm fine paying $3 to get out of there and not hear them bitch at me. However every time I go the price is different for the same package. I have even been bartered with and told 12$ for you right now when I said no she said okay I'll do 10$. Is this a franchise or a bootleg ups. Just an awful experience all together. read more
