We had a very hard time finding somewhere to print our concert tickets because the FedEx in Harrahs is closed on weekends. It shouldn't be so difficult to find a place to print something so important. Josh did an excellent job today and there was a line of people waiting when he opened the store. After yesterday's festival was cancelled due to high winds our only option was to purchase tickets for today but the only way stub-hub could deliver them was by email and ticket stated it must be printed. I sent the tickets to the FedEx store email and Josh was able to print them immediately. If saved the day by showing up to work! My only complaint is the website needs to have correct Sunday hours.

This means you can send and receive faxes, ship packages, access the Internet, remotely print, and even have presentation materials prepared for you. The staff member on duty when I arrive to print something was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though it was extremely crowded I had no problem taking care of the work that I needed to do. This is an extremely convenient location for a FedEx and unusual among all of the other hotels on the Strip. Thankfully, she eventually asked a more junior associate to help me. I believe his name was Julio. He was so much more professional, and 100 times better to work with. Finally, we could finish this task. Please promote Julio. If you must go to this location, it's hard to find. After coming up the escalators, make a sharp right and go down the hallway.
