I was told that I had to go home and reprint the tickets. I came back again with the reprinted tickets, and apparently I had printed the same ticket three times. A young white lady I'm assuming unless I'm wrong I apologize but she was extremely rude!!! I came to return 2 wireless charges and apparently I needed boxes for those 2 items. Instead of her greeting me she right away said " do you have boxes for those items" I responded and said I don't think I need boxes for these and she said show me where it says on the Amazon app I showed her and yes she was correct but she could've came off more friendly with the correct costumer service and let me tell you I'm not that type of person to be rude right off the bat if someone is being disrespectful I will be 1000% disrespectful back. After waiting in line for a while, employee 205827 (Briana) helped me ship two small boxes. She only offered me the 3 day select rate. I asked several times for something cheaper and she refused. After checking rates online through UPS , I see that I paid double what I should have paid. You should be ashamed if your business practices taking advantage of people at this Holiday Season. I had to ship some items back to Nashville from Fresno and normally FedEx is my go to, but I found myself near this UPS store. The service was fast and friendly here. They were able to ship my items from Fresno to Nashville within a few days for only about $14 dollars. I've shipped far less in the past and paid far more. So $14 seemed like a good deal. This UPS location is a certified Amazon return spot. All you have to do is bring in your item, unwrapped and with the QR code that Amazon emails you and your set. UPS takes care of the rest; packaging, labels, literally everything plus it's free! read more

ZERO stars...Personally witnessed the clerk tell the woman she was helping at the counter that she ****wouldn't serve her because she had brought a translator with her.*** THEN when the patron said she could communicate with the clerk without the translator, the clerk asked her to ***repeat back to her the information she had just told the patron!*** Absolutely disgusting and demeaning behavior not to mention blatantly xenophobic. I've usually liked this UPS store but our most recent experience we came in and there were so many workers around and didn't even help us when we had heavy boxes to return. Another thing I had noticed with this visit that was very unprofessional was while we were there, the phone was ringing and all the 3 girls that didn't help us when we first came in were saying "nose goes" in order not to have to pick up the phone. Closest UPS to my location since the Chestnut location closed awhile back. Service for the most part has been friendly and efficient but I feel the lines (when present) can move a lot more quicker if they cut down on the sales pitches on other services they offer, at least time it when the lines are much shorter. read more

Horrible way of solving problems. Scanner wouldn't read the barcode I printed off. Tracking number and barcode was visible. Associate insisted on charging $5 for me to send a label to their email and print it. FedEx does this for free. This is an easy charge that could be comped or dismissed. Customer service and problem solving drives business. You won't get that here. read more

Super easy drop-off spot for UPS. I find myself here once every month or two, occasionally for mailing my own items but usually for sending off online shopping returns. All you have to do is put your stickered package on the scale and they print you a proof of postage with the tracking. Done. Convenient spot, it's right by Save Mart and Zeni-Ya so if I know I'm dropping a package here I can fit it in with lunch or other errands. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be served - and even then when I have waited more than 30 seconds it was around the holidays and a lot of customers had turned up at once. The staff are always friendly and efficient, and they're super knowledgeable. There are a few other services here including mailboxes and notary and a few items for sale. read more

I have been shipping packages from this exact store for some time I usually ship things about 4 times a year in the span of 4 years living in Fresno. I ship to my friends and family back home. I never had an issue until now. I went in and I didn't have a box I usually prepackage my items but this time due to me being in a hurry and running errands I said to myself I'll pay the fee for that. I went in everyone was nice when I came in. The person measured my box asked me questions the same procedure I signed & my gift was in a box (like a decorative box) and I said if they can just wrap that and put it in a box. I was charged $22 around there. I went about my day to finished some others things. Until I received a call they incorrectly charged me. At first I thought they over charged but then he said he didn't charge me for the shipping. And I need to come back and pay $16 something and they can hold it for me till tomorrow. I was already on the other side of town. I called and said how much would it be if u just charge me the box and use the difference to pay (let alone for the inconvenience of me having to drive back) they said I need to talk to the manager I said ok that's fine. I brought my own supplies since hey I'm on the other side where I live I'll bring my own bubble wrap and tape. I get there they don't even apologize the manager (which I'm assuming is the skinny lady with reddish brownish hair) they walk over the the register & try to locate my package order in the system. No "Hi" No "I am sorry for this error to happen" nothing. He just says $16 please. I'm like uh someone said I can talk to the manager? Which the lady stood there (reddish hair) until a different employee spoke up (a little bit taller, brown curly hair her hair was up) & said we can't use the difference bcuz we sealed ur package. I thought to myself I understand but u can't open? Take the lost on ur guys supplies, I would be glad to pay the box which for a 10x10 is $10 bucks & just difference of the $12 bucks and use that to go towards the $16 the error that they made [this is what I was thinking in my head] I even said nothing for the inconvenience? Again, I thought to myself I understand mistakes happen but they don't know where I live? How far I drove out? I was already on that side doing errands decided to do it there. I have worked retail especially when I have made mistakes I own up to them. I get customers get upset and I fix it by giving a small discount (what I am able to give as an associate) if the customer doesn't like it then I say that's fine let me get my manager & from there my manager will try (be professional & try to have the customer happy). But these people are so unprofessional, nothing from the manager they heard "I am here about the call for the $16 charge" they look go on the computer & say $16. The only time they said sorry was when I ask if the $12 can go to the difference towards the $16 since I have my bubble wrap and tape in the car (now since I was on the side where I live might as well bring the supplies). They said they can't do nothing and I need to pay. So I said I'll just take my box. I actually went to FedEx & they were so nice! I met the assistant manager she was professional help me with the process & has a self kiosk where u can make print ur label and drop off ur package! So easy! And if u need boxes of that size go to Office Depot (I should prepackage my stuff just like have before but I figure since ups has been helpful and nice the times I went I said I'll let them package everything but not anymore!) Office Depot charges $2! Save some money so that's what I did since that 10x10 was to big I was able to fit it in a smaller box & put bubble wrap in there. Also the shipping charge is less than ups they said $16 something but fedex charge me $12. From now on I'll be going to FedEx not only are they nicer and professional it closer to where I am plus if I go to the other side of town they have one where I do my errands! read more

I have been going to this UPS store for nearly 2 years. It is in a convenient location on my way to work. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have had paperwork notarized several times and the prices are always reasonable. I have never had any issue with having to wait to long to get help - with a service or regarding an Amazon return. The prices for the mailboxes are reasonable. Last year they did increase their price slightly. It is worth it to have a secure climate controlled location to receive products. read more

Went there to drop off an Amazon return. I did not have the original box and figured if I needed to pay five or six dollars for a box, no big deal. To my surprise it cost almost $29 to ship the item!! I've been in this shipping business before and know the materials it cost to ship the item would cost the vendor no more than three or four dollars. And if it took five minutes to package it OK. They are extremely overpriced and price gouge. Unfortunately I need to send the item back before close of business today or I would've taken it elsewhere. I'll never go to the store again and do not recommend them as their business practices do not seem fair or equitable. I understand profitability but my Lord, PRICE GOUGING!!! read more

The UPS Store in Hanford is great. Staff is professional, polite, and helpful. Great variety of services available and they adhere to Covid 19 guidelines which makes me feel safe. I recently used their Live Scan fingerprintinf service for my employer. I lost my receipt necessary for my employer to reimburse me the cost. I phoned the store and they quickly located the transaction and provided a receipt via email saving me a trip to the store. Excellent example of great customer service. Thank You UPS Store! read more
