Total ripoff. I needed DS-11 forms, so the young lady tells me 25 cents a copy. How am I to know it was 12 copies. I figured .50 and told her that's not bad, but she didn't correct me and tell me there were many forms to be filled out. Turns out it was 3.10 including a .10 charge for using my debit card. Not only that, she gave me an extra instruction form costing me an extra .50. All I needed were two not four. From what I understand, it is illegal to charge a fee for a debit card. This spot is right around the corner from my house and very convenient. I've had good experiences every time I've been here. The person working the counter was kind, helpful, and they were wearing their mask. They also packaged up all my goods so that I didn't have to. This is the most annoying part about mailing things, so it was nice not to have to do that. I'll continue using this spot for my postal needs as long as I'm nearby. read more

Came in today with a couple amazon returns and had the QR code for label printing. This store does not create labels for you via Amazon's QR codes. However, that's not that is not the reason for my one-star review. I'm giving this location one star due to the horrible attitude I received from the associate today. I asked if Postal Annex serviced UPS packages, to which she said yes. I then asked if they printed labels via QR codes provided by Amazon, to which she quizzically looked at all the packages I had and said no. I then asked if there was a UPS store nearby I could go to (I'm new to the area), to which she quickly said no and rolled her eyes, laughed, and said, jokingly wished me luck sending my packages out. I went here because it was convenient for me. They up charged my flat rate USPS box by $10. I questioned the price and was told that the rate had increased. Which is not true. Just be transparent and say that the up charge is your service fee. Will only use the actual US post office from now on. read more

Waited in line 12 minutes for the gentleman to try and charge me over $10 for the $5.05 flat rate stamp. I inquired as to why the stamp was double there, I was harshly informed that it was not double and that they charge 'a little more.' No hesitation in leaving, lesson learned. read more

Very friendly staff and very helpful. Yes, it gets busy sometimes but I try and hit there mid morning before the evening rush. I would much rather ship from here and pay "a little more" than standing in line at the post office or Fed Ex. They offer several shipping options and will pack it and ship it. read more

dont ever waste your time shipping here. go straight to the post office. i was charged over 30 dollars to ship a book. it turns out that it only cost 15 dollars at the regular post office first first. my fault for not reviewing this place. many negative review i dont know why i didnt check them out first. well i asked for a receipt because the charges did not add up it says two items that equaled 10.00. then nothing else except for a total 35.00. i am warning you now people. its an arm and an leg. i just dont know how they stay in business so long. guess people like me need to leave more reviews and not trust anyone. and the whole time i trusted them and thought they were honest. but i understand business like these arent about relationship but simply the money. save yourself the overpriced services and use better services. read more
