Poor customer service. Been there twice, both times I felt I was intruding on their day.

Customer service here is fantastic! I needed to get fingerprinted for a job at a certified Live Scan center, and of the 3 locations that were in my area, 2 were downtown and 1 was here. I didn't feel like driving downtown (I'm lazy), so I ended up at Mailbox & More. I was helped by Genet, who was very polite and cheerful throughout the entire process. I came in, gave her the required paperwork, and was on my way in a timely fashion. Fast forward a month later, and my employer states that they still haven't received my information. I drive back to Mailbox & More and ask Genet if she can double check to see if my results went through electronically on the original day that I came in. She gladly pulls up the screen and shows that it said my information was indeed completed and sent the original day that I came in. I was already content with this and was ready to tell me employer this. However, Genet went the extra mile and volunteered to call the Live Scan center to see if she could figure out why my employer hadn't received my results. Sure enough, the center had indeed received my results and it was a problem on my employer's end. Genet didn't have to go that extra step to help me, but she did, and for that I'm super appreciative. So disappointed! I went to get Live Scan fingerprints done. Their website said they take walk-ins. I went in and the "girl who does it" wasn't there. They gave me a time of 2:15 when she'd be back and she was "going to be here the rest of the night." I went and killed time for a little over an hour and came back at 2:15...the nice young man said he just "talked to her" and it was going to be at least another hour before she came back. So frustrating! I could have been home or just gone somewhere else instead of waiting for nothing. read more

THE LADY WHO WORKS HERE IS A HUGE BITCH! She made me feel HELLA uncomfortable when I was getting fingerprinted. She was extremely rude and should be fired. Due to a medical condition I was sweating whilst getting fingerprinted and she kept berating me about my sweaty hands, saying how its never going to work because I'm too sweaty, how she remembered me from last time because I was sweaty and gross. The first time I went she did the same thing and I just ignored it. The second time was too much and the public needs to know that this lady is a bitch. She was so rude and I am terribly upset that I gave that rude cuss my money. Seriously no one go here. Literally the worst human alive. read more

Wonderful service! Everything you need all in one convenient shop! They do shipping, fax, notary, fingerprint, mailbox rental (cheap), packing, packing material, usps, DHL, FedEx, friendly device, key making, computer use, printers, and basically ANYTHING one needs for business or personal services. There's no other location close and even if there was, I would still use this place. Wonderful experience every time! So upset that if UPS doesn't catch me at home, they deliver to this location. The first time I went in the woman said my package was definitely not there and I took two steps and looked on the ground and there it was. The second time I came to pick up a package there was a hand-written note on the door that they will be back in 20 minutes and there was a line of people outside waiting during their business hours during the busy holiday season. If only UPS dropped off at The Postal Annex around the corner where the staff is always available, knowledgeable and friendly! read more

Service here is just horrible. I told UPS about my experience here, but because my whole experience with this place was horrible I couldn't let it go and have to post my first bad review EVER! I came here and walked in to another person who was standing at the counter looking through a catalogue. She turned and looked and me and went back to going through the catalogue. I was assuming she was a customer. After about 3 mins... which by the way seems like forever when u arrive at a place and no one has yet to greet you. The young lady slammed the catalogue closed walked around to the other side of the counter and said hello how can I help you. I was shocked. The fact that you had a customer waiting for 3 mins while you were doing something personal is not good. Why? Why did it take so long for you to help me? Anyway I told her I'm here to pick up my package and she kinda was brushing it off saying oh I doubt it's still here yeah we don't keep packages longer than a week. She did something on the computer and said yeah it's not here I looked around and seen a package that looked like it had my name on it asked her to please check and she said no that's not yours. Without checking!!!! After that I figure she's just lazy and already does not want to help me and I'm exhausted and tired from work so I just left. ThanKed her and wished her a good night. I called UPS the next day, and they confirmed that the package was in fact still there!!!! They need to stop making their daughter work because she obviously does not want to be there and can ruin someone's day because she's LAZY!!!!!! Be prepared to get bad service when you go here. Hopefully UPS will stop using this place because nobody has time for bad service! read more

Genet Tesferi, one word to describe her: IRRESPONSIBLE. I was at B of A to close an account which required a notary's signature. The clerk called and asked Genet (the notary at Mailbox & more), to come and do so. She was to be inside the branch within 10 minutes. Those 10 minutes turned into more than an hour wait. A simple phone call to make us aware that she would take longer would have been the right thing to do. read more
