He said I needed to buy tape which was 3.99 & then proceeded to tell me to step aside to help the next customer . I told him it takes 1 second to tape it & he proceeded to help the next customer . Completely disregarded me . This asian worker should be fired for his rudeness. How can you treat a pregnant lady like that . I will never come back to this crappy location . They will not scan QR codes for labels, even when their self service kiosk is out of service. Last Friday, the self service machine was not working so I got in line with my ONE package. The gentlemen let me know that they were told they cannot scan QR codes at the counter, even though they actually can. He helped me and gave me my receipt. The next Friday, the self service machine was not working AGAIN. So again, I got in line, along with another woman, to scan my QR code. This time, a woman behind the counter was willing to help me but it was taking a moment for my phone to load (bad service in this area). While we were waiting for it to load, another woman (possibly a supervisor) comes up and tells me they cannot scan QR codes at the counter and tells the other woman to not help me with that. Both me and the employee tell her the self service kiosk is not working and she said it does not matter and to go somewhere else. All other USPS I have been to scan QR codes at the counter. This is just purely being lazy as they clearly have the ability to print the QR code labels. There was no line, other than myself and another woman who wanted to scan her QR code and both of us were turned away even though they have the ability to help. read more

I ignored several complaints about missing or stolen mail, but now we have lost over 20 pieces of mail that were sent from the Branham Ave. post office; both placed in the blue boxes and also taken inside to the mail slots. Arrived here around 11:30 AM on a Wednesday morning for a passport renewal for a family member. We had an appointment for 11:45 AM, but it's recommended to come in 15 minutes early. Lots of parking in front of the office, so nothing to worry about. Many people use these facilities because there's also mailboxes inside. They have 3 areas from the left section for package drop off, which had no line so we were helped immediately when we needed a money order. The middle section is for local residents in the Almaden/Branham area to get their mail. The right section is a waiting area and a small office for special appointments. We were in 11:38 AM for our appointment when a previous appointment ended. The postal worker was quick and thorough in explaining the process and we were done early! I am planning on contacting a post office inspector regarding the missing mail that I've been experiencing for years. I either don't get my mail at all, I get other people's mail, my vacation holds don't go through and one time I got my vacation hold and I got someone else's vacation hold as well. I've had gift cards shipped. That have never arrived, I've sent out checks that have never been received. This post office needs to shut down until they fix the issues and investigate what employees are causing the problems. Here are a couple photos of multiple complaints of people who have had issues with this specific post office on next-door. After I received a $50 late fee charge from my HOA because they never received my check, I do not have anything shipped from this branch and instead I drive to the HOA and drop off my check to them directly. Having visited to at least 30 different post offices all over California and New York, this location is hands down the best post office. Parking is plentiful, if it gets full, it is located between two plazas that have even more parking. The plaza to the left also have a mailbox store which is convienent for FedEx or UPS drop offs, but as well as a Ups store literally down the street for those Amazon drop offs. Line moves FAST here except the days when someone comes in and makes labels in person (you know what I'm talking about). Like many post office, they have a machine that gives a receipt if you drop off the package inside the machine. I've gotten a situation where my packages got lost, few times actually due to seller leaving out the zip code, messed up my address or even damaged label. Everytime that I've opened a case (this is my post office by the way), the postmaster here responds in a very timely and professional manner. It's been resolved every time. Only con is that the driveways in and out are very steep and narrow. read more

There had been a bit wait time in lobby area for checking behind the counter of the postal office customer services rep by the name of "brandon" of representative which interaction had been communicated via English only as I had place hold mail request processed online, and had requested for checking on my hold mail. This representative which is of "male representative by the name Brandon" had went into the back room to check came back out around in counter mentioned that he had nothing on hold in my name at this postal office. Which at this completion on checking time had been at 3:41pm. No mail in my name had been provided or nothing had been provided to me. I rarely go into the post office, but I had to this day. The woman in front of me just needed her boxes taped and asked if he could do it for her. He said no, she needed to get the tape and tape herself. She stepped aside and announced? "Next ready customer." I stepped up and handed him my packages. This is my preferred branch even though I live closer to the one on 1st St. This office has great customer service, are super efficient, even when lines are long the wait isn't that long, & they have a self-service kiosk for after hours use where you're able to weigh, purchase postage for packages/envelopes, then place them into a secure bin. This is one of my favorite features of this office because I'd they're busy & I don't feel like waiting, I just use the kiosk. Staff are friendly as well. read more

I don't know who is sorting your mail however my new bank checks was delivered to the wrong address and a Good Samaritan delivered it to my house and was opened! This is not the first time!!! When I was expecting my new credit card, it was delivered to a wrong address. Not sure if the mail carriers are not paying attention!!I have a locked mailbox so I know for sure it wasn't stolen. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I stopped by today to update my delivery address to add my unit # to a package that was on its way to me. The USPS employee Brandon (dealt with him twice) immediately said they could not update my address when I was told by a USPS agent on the phone that they would be able to once a tracking package # was in the system. I figured an easy way would be to stop by my local post office to do it in person. I then informed him and he replied with a "who told you that? " then asked me to wait at the end of the door to speak with his supervisor. Here I go...waited a solid 20 minutes for the Supervisor and he never SHOWED up. Brandon never acknowledged me waiting nor did the other clerks. I let Brandon know from across the room that I was waiting and had a dog in the car waiting for me. He presses a "white button" to call his supervisor....still no Supervisor, and I left. There was no acknowledgment to me that I'd be waiting. The cashier clerks went about their day processing people in line knowing I was still waiting. Rude and unprofessional. read more

Would not recommend sending mail here if you want to ensure it gets delivered! I sent my wedding invitations out here. Only 10 invitations out of 110 sent were delivered. This was 2 months ago and I never received the other invitations back (we had our return address listed on all invites). Extremely disappointing and frustrating as I put a lot of hard work into the design of my wedding invitations, spent money printing them, and they were never received or returned. I intercepted my packages because I accidentally switched 98 on my address. I went in there to get my package and first thing employee said was they don't do pick up for intercepted packages...okay. So I'm being delusional with all the options they have on their USPS.com to intercept package. I asked him if he needed my name and tracking...he said no. Just MY original address. Gave him all the info. He needed from me. Waited and nope no package. NOW HE ASKED ME ALL THE INFORMATIONS I ASKED HIM IF HE NEEDED IN THE FIRST PLACE . So I gave him the information. Nop no package. No he asked me to wait so I waited for like another 10 minute. I got tired of waiting so i left and called them directly from my phone since I didn't want to waste anymore time. I GET IT, I WAS ALREADY FRUSTRATED SO MAYBE MY TONE WASNT THE BEST, but IF IM ASKING YOU A QUESTION ON WHAT TRACKING YOU NEED... if it's the original tracking number or intercepted tracking number....instead of talking over me and being a smart ass...just tell me you need the original tracking number. Instead of telling me since I intercepted the package to this location, addressed is changed to this USPS address...then tell your associates shouldn't never asked me my original address. I am disabled and he was very helpful and treated me great just like any other customer! He was very patient with me and took his time and made sure that I got everything I needed to get a PO Box and change my address! I was looking for the nearest post office with convenient hours so I could send a medium sized package across the US via Priority Mail, and this one (Robertsville) came up in my search on the USPS.com web site. I'm really happy I found it. It's conveniently located next to a small strip of businesses, and when I arrived around 8:30 am, the single handicap parking spot was open (I was informed that mornings are less busy). When I went inside, I really liked that it seemed new with plenty of shipping supplies and two people on duty. I went to the woman who didn't currently have a customer (I think her name was Paula - agent #12 on the receipt), and she efficiently helped me with my package. I also purchased a roll of package tape, which was very affordable, for later. She explained that anyone shipping via Priority Mail receives free package tape, which she applied to the package I was shipping. She indicated that it should arrive early next week at its destination about 3,000 miles away. After I picked up the roll of package tape for later, she completed my purchase (I used a credit card, but there are other ways to pay). She circled the areas on my receipt that showed the tracking number and the scanner code if I needed it, before handing it back to me. This was by far the most efficient, friendly, kind customer service I have ever received at any post office anywhere. :-) I hope she is training other employees, because she is the best! I'll definitely return to this location in the future. Came in and this is your typical post office. The folks behind the counter don't seem too enthused on life, nor does anyone in line. Apparently there is some issue with apartment complexes and not getting keys since there were a handful of people who were grumbling about repeated visits and not getting their keys for 2+ months (yikes!) Luckily for me I had a very impatient customer service person so I was in and out in a jiff...dude actually had a timer to see how quick he could get the transaction over with. I came to the post office to apply for my sons 16 and 17 years old first time new passport. I arrived there with my 2 sons at 6:30 am and didn't get served until 11:15 am. Remember to tell your kids to bring their school id with them she will check that too. This office offers walk-in from 9 am to noon. You guys should prepared to come here with another person and be comfortable like you are going to camp to get in line to waited and be very patient until the passport office to be open. The person who will do the service will come out before 9 am to give you a list up to 15 applicants only. If any of you guys want to get served that day. It's a post office and I run an e-commerce business so I'm here almost every day. They are very short-staffed, but all of the workers there have been extremely kind to me. If you go in the morning, you don't have to deal with all of the BS of lines and annoying customers. Afternoons get busy. Pro-tip: buy your postage online if you are shipping packages. Counter prices are outrageous. And you can just drop off your packages at the counter instead of waiting in line. The Karens waiting in line will give you dirty looks, but we are allowed to drop our stuff off and postal workers are fine with it. read more

I've been coming to this post office for 16 years and I've had a pretty good experience with everyone here. They are especially accommodating with this whole Covid and doors closing to the boxes early now. The behind the scenes guy has been so helpful and giving me my packages and actually walked them out once which has been a life saver.
