I recently considering the purchase of a G5, but the trade in value of my G4 was only a tiny percentage of the original purchase price, and they wouldn't allow me to transfer the expensive lifetime warranty to the new model. During that process I was amazed that he still gave me the same extraordinary customer service that he had given me when I gave him my info for purchasing. I ordered the Inogen G2 replacement battery (24 cell). It was touted as "9 hour battery life @ 2 lpm". The battery came delivered FULLY AND COMPLETELY DEAD (NOT good for Li+ batteries!). Charged overnight and used it for exactly 1 hour and 58 minutes. Battery indicator showed 90%+ left on battery. Got battery warning and my machine shut down. It's almost like it was a used battery. I learned a very expensive lesson to never purchase from this company EVER again. read more

"I just can't say enough good things about my experience purchasing a portable oxygen concentrator from MainClinicSupply.com! Although my condition makes it hard for me to communicate verbally, I had many questions and concerns when I contacted them. Jeff A. was patient, professional, intelligent, respectful, personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful from first contact, obtaining a copy of my prescription from my doctor, throughout the sale and payment process and he even followed up with me. Jeff also assisted me in getting substantial discounts and extra cannulas and split the cost between two payment sources. I needed a sturdy, reliable continuous flow POC on a cart that I could travel with *and* use at home. I ultimately chose the OxLife Independence and am very happy with it. In the face of the pandemic I have been staying home, and for their safety and ours am not keen to opening my door to technicians and delivery people whose job requires them to be in contact with other people with lung issues. Likewise, I did not want a rental POC that had been in someone else's home. I wanted to take responsibility and end the cost to the VA so that money can be used to care for other veterans. I purchased the Inogen 4 a couple months ago from Main Clinic for my 90 year old mother. It arrived within 24 hours. We bought it to replace a much larger and heavier unit that was to be pulled. The Inogen 4 is light weight and has been a God sent. Pushing a wheelchair and dragging an oxygen unit that flipped over all the time was a thing of the past for our family. The unit is so light weight mom can handle it without a problem. We slip the belt over the handles of the wheelchair, now the chair carries the oxygen. The service light came on yesterday and I noticed the pin where we plug in seem loose. I called Main Clinic Supply to request repair. I was shocked when they said they were sending her a new unit. I've been a customer for around 6 years and really have been happy with every aspect of this company. When I was first searching for the latest innovation in portable concentrators I contacted the company of Inogen and talked to a rep there that didn't know a thing about COPD, just a sales spiel. I thought I'd try another site I saw that had the same pricing because they are an authorized dealer of Inogen. This is when I met Fran the owner of this great family business, he knew all about the travails etc. of having COPD and using it. They have delivered everything he promised me, machines are not infallible and I've had great luck with mine. I think I've had 2 issues over the years and they were resolved so fast, a new one sent immediately and I just pack the old one in the box and ship it back. I'm going to contact them again about the newest version that is even lighter. read more

I bought the INOGEN G3 Concentrator in October 2016 from Leo Castro. Two months later overheating and and having problems breathing. I have COPD. I've had to replace THREE of them with REFURBISHED INOGEN G3 Concentrator. Yet the REFURBISHED ones not functioning as should.. Mark Luther, Service Manager rather nonchalant and all he could do is replace a REFURBISHED one for another REFURBISHED one. Actually I want my money back and purchase from another company with an effective INOGEN G3 Concentrator and better and compassionate customer service. Main Clinic Supply is awesome !! Called them 5/7/18 about my damaged oxygen concentrator and was told they would send me a prepaid label so, I assumed, I could send the unit to them for repair. Ricky said the label would arrive the next day. 5/8/18 FedEx pulled into the driveway and gave me a box which had some weight to it. When I opened the box there was a replacement G3 Concentrator in it with instructions on sending my damaged one to them and a prepaid label. this company is a total rip off- I bought mine brand new- but I do not think what I got was new- 95 hours of use and the valves go - what a rip off- and the warranty is useless if you take it to a local place to get fixed. "First of all, we called to try to clear up some confusion. My grandmother is 91 and doesn't hear well. She is pretty much in denial about her limitations and wants to find things to make her life better and easier for the life and adventures she'd like to have. She contacted a number concerning the Inogen concentrator and was bombarded with several calls from different people and numbers, each offering (promising) different prices and promotions. We were never able to call and get a person to answer, we had to leave a message each time and sometimes within seconds we'd get a call back, this particular day we did not. My grandmother was set to buy this device and, in her mind, had waited long enough. Jeff was amazingly helpful, even knowing that we were just calling for clarification. After spending a generous amount of time clarifying and informing us, he let me know he would offer us the same, latest "deal" we had been offered elsewhere. And I was clear I wanted him to have our business. I had believed my grandmother was being scammed because of all the different calls and people making them. No one knew the other and none had the same "deal" as the last. I was very happy to have gotten Jeff on the phone and get my grandmother the product she wanted to make her life easier (and mine too). "I have been using rental oxygen concentrators since 2007, thru Medicare/Tricare benefits. Recently my provider tried to pawn tanks off on me when the portable Oxygo wasn't working properly. I have had many other issues with rental, oxygen supply companies when the concentrator I was using would need maintenance or or quit working. Some would not respond within 48 hours ( Inogen One) , others would not provide a replacement concentrator ( Lincare) instead sticking me with tanks. As a rental customer, I am at the mercy of the provider. I had just recently purchased a 16 Cell battery from Main Supply Clinic thru Amazon. When I received the battery included were flyers about oxygen equipment and warranties. I finally decided to do something about the terrible service I was receiving from rental companies. I contacted Main Clinic Supply after reviewing a number of other online companies. I spoke with Kyle, who was an excellent advocate for Main Clinic. He explained the functions, and cost of the Inogen One g3 ( although) I was already knowledgeable about the g3, I listened to Kyle and decided to order a new backup Inogen One g3 concentrator. Kyle also informed me about the lifetime warranty, and the cost as well as benefits of the warranty and maintenance service plan. I told Kyle I would think about it and decide within a month. I did an online search for warranties and found almost nothing offered and those that listed a warranty only listed the basic 3 year warranty from the manufacture. I called to speak to Kyle the next morning to purchase the lifetime warranty and maintenance service plan. Kyle wasn't available but Ricky took care of my needs. I am happy to say that I received my new Inogen One G3 within 4 days of my purchase. I installed the new battery I had previously purchased and the concentrator came to life. I am very knowledgeable concerning this machine and I am sure it will provide me years of service, but with the lifetime warranty & service plan, even if it should fail or need service I have no worries. If you are renting oxygen equipment, you should consider the purchase of a new backup concentrator from Main Clinic Supply, trust me when I say, you will not get a better price on the machine nor will you find a better priced lifetime warranty and maintenance plan. One really nice thing about the warranty is that if I drop the machine and crack the case its covered, I cannot tell you how many times I have dropped my rental machine. This new concentrator gives me peace of mind and now I don't have to worry about my rental machine breaking down. I should have purchased my own concentrator years ago. I had been in the market for a Personal Oxygen Concentrator for awhile, wanting to get away from portable tanks, the limited time away from home they allowed and having to refill them after every use. I spent considerable time reviewing available POC's, researching vendors for pricing and finally, customer reviews and complaints. I'm glad I took that last step as it lead me to Main Clinic Supply, who had great pricing and good reviews. When I placed the online order I was called less than 15 minutes later by Kyle, who did a great job and seems very knowledgeable. He confirmed my order line by line to be sure it was correct, answered the few questions I had and gave me information on service/extended warranty package options with no pressure to purchase them. He even obtained a prescription copy from my Doctor in roughly an hour, since I didn't have one on hand. I received follow up calls or emails from Kyle throughout the ordering and shipping process. My order was placed at 2:30 p.m. and at my door just after 10 a.m. the following day. Outstanding, a little over 19 hours from order to delivery! In January, I shopped on the internet for a portable oxygen concentrator for my wife who is 83 years old, blind and pulls an oxygen tank on a cart. I wanted to get her something light and easy to use that she could carry over her shoulder so she wouldn't have to worry about tripping over her tank. I clicked on the first site I saw, which was Main Clinic, and gave them a call. We received the product, only used it 40 hours and 3 minutes over a few months and discovered it was not providing my wife with enough oxygen (she uses 3 LPM continuous flow). Even though information about the Inogen One G3 stated that it goes to setting 4, I discovered these numbers mean nothing to a continuous flow patient. I paid $2500 for the machine and called Main Clinic to see if they would buy it back because I had no need for it. I spoke with someone with the last name of Fox and they offered me $750. I told them it has to be worth more than that! I was told if I don't like the price I should go to their competitors to see if they would give me more for it. I have never used social media, but I mentioned to the lady that I'm going to put this on social media. Her reply to me was, "If you have an attorney, you need to provide us with his/her name because this message is being sent to our legal team as well." BUYER BEWARE Main Clinic's 5-year warranty is a bunch of baloney. The factory or Main Clinic will NOT honor the warranty if you sell or give your machine to anyone - not even the manufacturer's 3-year warranty. So if you plan on selling your machine, whoever you sell it to will have to buy a new warranty and it costs almost $1000. I wish I was told this information before I bought the machine. Quick sale, quick shipping, no service. I was fooled by their 2000 positive reviews, which are based on their quick sale and quick shipping, but tells you nothing about how Inogen and Main Clinic will not honor the factory warranty. I obviously was not given all the facts when I made this purchase. read more
