The employees clearly do not care. There was no urgency, no customer service, and no accountability. To make matters worse, they refused to honor a free VIP pass that was given to me by a manager, which is completely unacceptable. The check-in process was horrendous--slow, disorganized, and frustrating from start to finish. No explanation, no effort to help, just indifference. There is absolutely no reason to come back here. Poor condition, poor service, and poor management all around. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

A great bowling alley with no strings attached…read more This bowling alley is honestly great. I came here with one of my buddies and we bowled for a couple of hours and had an amazing time. The prices are all very reasonable. Two rounds of bowling plus a shoe rental was only a little over $20. A pitcher of Montauk IPA was only $13. And the reason i say, it's a great bowling alley with no strings attached, is because all of their lanes feature free standing bowling pins. Which makes for that classic sound we've all come to know and love whenever you hit a nice strike. Yes this place doesn't have the big screens over the pins showing an endless loop of music videos, but who really needs that anyway? Just good fun with good vibes at an affordable price.

I sent the balance. The day of, 10 minutes before arrival, they claimed they were at the wrong address all the way in long island rather than the address in Queens "for some reason". They are full of s**t. Do NOT use this truck. They are unreliable and full of it!! I will be looking into their vendor license with the DOE. DO NOT USE!
