It's ok. We booked Rolling Video the year before and they were so much better, cleaner and the staff were more professional. They came when they were supposed to, did what they said they'd do so it's fine to use them. I just felt that the truck was dirty, couch was destroyed and they need some tlc. The two game hosts were not nice at all, one of the kids actually came inside to tell me how uncomfortable one of them made him feel (the kid is 9, cmon. Be nice to him) after he yelled at him. It's more than $100 more expensive than Rollling video games and if I do another party, me, my son and his friends all agree Rolling Video games is better. For all I paid, I expected a neat, clean truck, and nicer hosts. read more

Dont waste your money with this company. I cant believe they had the nerve to charge $500. I thought I was going to receive a huge party bus decked out like in their false advertisement photo gallary. Now I know we're still going through a pandemic so a bunch of children getting on the bus wasnt going to happen but I was told the bus would come and the side of it would open revealing some tvs and the kids could play outside on the side of the bus that way. As the advertise. No! Quite the opposite. These people had the nerve to pull up in a pedophile looking white van white decals on the side of it. They threw a couple of inexpensive 47"/50" in tvs in the back along with nothing but nintendo switches. On the phone we agreed that O wanted not only nintendo switch but PS4 as well. Thats what the kids really wanted. They showed up with NO PS4's they had folding tables that looked like they picked up from costco and 2 benches. All the eqipment needed to hook up these devices they asked me to supply. The DAY OF! There were two attendents. I thought they were supposed to encourage and hype up the party goers. Nope. All one did was help switch from game to game. And the other stood there like a lump on a log. Didnt smile, didnt want to assist, just literally stood there until.it was time to pack up. The kids were over it after 20 min of playing. Nintendo switch was not the only thing we agreed on. This whole thing was a disappointment and a waste of $500. They ran off to play with a couple of balls in the yard. Now what kids would leave video games setup just for them to go play with a couple of balls. If ai could warn everyone that THIS is not the company to go to for this experience. I would. Think twice. THE WORST! I ordered bubble soccer for my special needs day camp and it was amazing! The staff were so nice and accommodating! Setup was quick and easy and they were so energetic and happy. The kids had a blast and a lot of it had to do with the staff. When kids fell they helped them up and they even brought speakers with lights and music. For a quarantine social distance party Laser Tag was amazing. They are so responsible and the owner Rich is so responsive on email - he answered all of my concerns! We booked two parties and it was so great everyone was so impressed! They have a lot of different modes like capture the flag and VIP for laser tag so it was so much fun to try the different things. They also had like 16-18 players so we can have so many people play at once. It was great definitely recommend. read more

Pros: Kids had an AMAZING time once the truck showed up. Truck was very clean and spacious. Perfect for a boy's party. I received a call a few days before confirming the date and time. Kids LOVED the party! Cons: (1) Despite the call a few days before, the truck did not arrive on time - truck arrived 45 minutes late. (2) Did not receive a call when the truck was late. (3) No explanation offered by Game Coach. (4) Was not told the truth about the delay when I contronted the Game Coach. Was told that not only was the truck blocked in - BUT there was also a flat tire that needed to be fixed. Uh - yeah - ok. (5) Was promised 2 Game Coaches but only 1 was provided. (6) Game Coach had poor customer service skills. If I tell you I was promised 2 Game Coaches, call your boss to get an answer. Don't tell me that you do these all the time by yourself. And don't lie to my face. (7) Set up should be done on company time - not during the party time. (8) I never received a call from the owner despite the Game Coach knowing about these problems. read more

My son's AMAZING GameTruck party just ended and I had to write the review immediately! We had 15 kids over and they had the best time ever! The truck was 20 mins early to set up and get ready and they even let the kids on a few mins early bc they were so excited they couldn't wait any longer. The 2 Game Coaches were very nice and friendly and really patient to be able to put up with 15 hyper children between the ages of 5 and 11. They called a few days in advance to confirm and again 45 mins before our scheduled party time to let us know that they were on their way. The kids had such a great time I heard so many of them shouting "This is the best party everrrr!" And my son literally hugged and kissed me and thanked me for the best party he has ever had! Well worth it! The truck was pretty huge and you definitely need space in front of your house for the truck to park. The truck had every console and every game that our kids wanted to play and they had like 5 TV's inside the truck and 2 outside the truck so even with 15 kids, everyone was able to play the entire time without anyone having to sit out and take turns. All in all, it was great and I would definitely recommend this company for your video game loving kids! Thanks for a great night!!! read more

We recently booked a game truck party for my sons birthday. We specifically asked for the Skylanders game truck and Skylanders game for the party because that is his favorite game right now. We even went over the event details days before the party confirming that the Skylanders truck would be available and the game available for the party. The big day came and neither the Skylanders truck and game were not available for the party. My son was devastated! That was the one game that he wanted to play with his friends at the party. Party was a hit. My 10 year old son loves video games and wanted a party at his house so this was a perfect fit. The kids had a blast. It was an easy party to manage - the kids went into the truck for 2 hours and didn't move ! My only complaint is the preprinted invitations we handed out advertised the truck had the new game mario kart game maker. That's all my son talked for weeks prior - so the kids were disappointed that game maker was not on the truck .
