While completely the alignment, Mike noticed the entire lift kit was incorrect installed. He took it all apart, fixed it correctly and sent me on my way. They were quick and inexpensive. Les Schwab has always taken care of me and the team at the new Cody WY location are awesome.

Damaged wheel center caps and sloppy tire installation -- avoid this shop!…read more I took my BMW to this shop for a routine tire installation and left very disappointed. All four BMW center caps were damaged when the tech removed them from the wheels. Assistant manager tried to blame "corrosion" or sun exposure even though the car had just been pulled from storage as it is only driven in the winter and was hand-washed before I brought it in with no corrosion or damage present. When I pointed out the cap damage, they also had reinstalled two of the caps improperly -- and only corrected them after I complained. To top it off, the tires were not inflated to the proper pressure, and they left a $$ charge for tire disposal on the bill that I had to ask to be removed as I took the studded tires swapped out home. Bottom line: Their attention to detail is very poor. If you own a BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Porsche or any vehicle with delicate wheel components, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Update: A formal complaint is filed with Les Schwab customer service.

I work in CA and was going back to MT for a little while. I called a month before I was going to be through Livingston to make an appointment and to make sure he had the parts I could pick up to put the turbo on myself. I called back 2 weeks before the appointment to double check with as I was told by Aden. Everything was a good at that time. I showed up at his shop and my ABS light came on during my trip so I wanted them to look into that to. The tranny guy test drove my pickup and said it wasn't that bad yet to worry about tearing into it. Another shop tech was going to look at the ABS light. He decided to replace the rear sensor and wiring pig tail. I waited 3 hrs while they were working on it. Well part of the time was waiting on the parts store to deliver a part. They got pickup got done finally and I got a bill of $320. They charged me $75 to test drive my pickup and tell me not to worry about. They also charged me $180 in labor to pull a plug out of the top of rear end and put a new one in. I paid it and left feeling I got taken advantage of, but it was fix. I made it 5 miles down the road and the ABS lights came back on. To top it off before I left I went to pick up my parts for the turbo and he sold my manifold to someone else the week before. So he had to order another one and I couldn't get it tell the end of the week. I have dealt with Aden over the years and he has really changed just cares about making money now.

We wasted over two hours waiting when we could have been trying to find help elsewhere.
