4 months later and still waiting on lab coats. They keep saying they are coming. Disgraceful

I was looking for scrubs for my Son who was starting the CNA Program at DCCC. I order what he needed online, but the package wasn't going to arrive for the first day. I went to couple places,and they were closed then,I stumbled upon MLU Store. We hit the jackpot,i was in awe over how many colors and styles they carry. I got the color I needed. I went to this store on Saturday morning. The hours were posted 10 am to 4 pm. It was not opened at 1015. I waited 15 minutes then left. Wast of gas, money, and time. You lost about $200.00 in sales possibly more. P S Covid is over. I will tell all the professionals I work with that your store is unreliable. Never try you again. read more

Oh, scrub life! There used to be so many medical scrub stores in Philadelphia, but most of the stores have closed and are now online. And let's face it, trying scrubs on in a store is better than buying them online. I tried a google search and Main Line Uniforms came up with very little information. It a small store, but they sell a variety of scrubs, basic medical equipment and clogs. They also sell culinary suits, but I don't know too much about that field. This store is crammed, but if you work in the medical field, I'm sure you used to working in small areas. They have the usual brands like Dansko, Grey's Anatomy and Cherokee to name a few. This store is worth checking out if you don't want the hassle of buying your scrubs online. read more

I really wanted to like this store- Really! It seems like they've got a good selection, and the owner was very friendly when I came in to purchase some new scrubs. I tried on a pair of basic scrubs and liked them, but I told her I was concerned because they did not feel soft. She assured me that, once washed, they would be very soft. I ended up purchasing two pairs of those scrubs. As I was checking out, I asked her again "are you sure these will really get softer after I wash them?" She PROMISED me that they would be much softer and explained that she's been in business for 17 years and is quite sure I would be happy with them. Well, I got home, washed the scrubs twice, and they did not get any softer. I called the store to see if she would let me exchange them for something else in her store, as they did not get softer like she promised. She did not agree to let me exchange the scrubs, stating twice that they are 50 percent cotton and, in 17 years, she has never had a customer try to return anything (which I do not believe). I really wanted to support a local business by shopping here. It was my own fault for not checking their return policy before buying, but I also think that certain situations warrant exceptions. If you're going to make a promise to a customer and back it up with 17 years of experience, you should also back it up with good customer service. read more

It was 10:41 when we arrived but the door was locked with customers inside already yet, it has an opening time of 10:00. When we approached the door they all just stared at us like we wasn't supposed to be there or something. Then, based off my assumption , one of the ladies came to the door who worked there creeping her head out the door with it cracked as if she didn't want us coming in. She then proceeded to ask if we were at the wrong store. But like stated before when we arrived the door it was locked so we stepped down off the front door stoop of the store until she came to the door doing such actions as described prior. Before she let us in though, she asked us all these questions about what we were looking for as if like said before we wasn't allowed to be there or something. The owner was very nice and knowledgeable, and there was a very wide selection of scrubs. The only thing I didn't like was that the prices were not listed on the items; you had to have the item scanned at the register in order to find out how much you were going to spend. That made it a little annoying but it was not a big deal. I would definitely come here again! read more

Awful place! Go somewhere else! I start work on Monday and after waiting 2 weeks already my scrubs were wrong. Comepletelt rude from the minute I walked in. We received the wrong sizes after confirming repeatedly with her I wanted the unisex one, she kept insisting I'm a girl i have to wear women's. Noo noo I'm a thick girl! I needed unisex! - when I called again she basically said 'too bad', asked me for evidence! And then stated she would think about it. How can you treat ur customers like that? I drove out of the way to get to this store for some chef coats and the owner came right out and was so nice! They had exactly what I wanted and for such a small store she for sure has a lot in there. Worth checking out if your looking for a uniform and she also embroidered my name on mine while I grabbed dinner across the street and had it ready for me when I returned shortly after. I would recommend checking this place out if you need some uniforms!! read more

This is absolutely the cutest little shop on all of the main line. I could tell as soon as the owner started helping me that she puts so much care into what she does. Small, local shops like this need our business because you get people who will know you and take care of you more than just an automated online service. read more

Store is a bit crammed, but the owner is helpful in picking out the different options for you. She had to order my pants, but they came in quickly, she called me, and kept the store open a few extra minutes. Unfortunately, one of them is the wrong size, so I will have to take it back to exchange it. Trying on scrubs is so much better than buying online and the prices were competitive to online retailers. My Grey's Anatomy pants were $29 each and I saw mostly $31 online, so I am very happy with the price. Store owner told me people come to try on clothes and then buy online. Come on people, that's a shitty way to treat a mom and pop shop. read more

I called the store today, and the manager answered, "hello?", instead of stating the name of their business in the phone greeting. I then asked if they carried maternity scrubs, and she proceeded to tell me, no, they don't have them, and went on to say that companies are no longer making maternity scrubs...what?? read more
