I have a home with six bathrooms so I was not happy when all of my toilets started overflowing both up & downstairs. The plumber who came the first time accomplished nothing more than plunging one toilet (which I had already done myself) & giving me a bill. WIthin 48 hrs the washing machine was causing overflowing toilets AND bathtubs with (waste) water everywhere. I needed EMERGENCY SERVICE & my daughter found Main Plumbing Services through yelp. The father & son arrived (1st call) within 1 hour of contact & spent the entire afternoon working on the problem. It was not something that could be completed in one day but they fully explained what problem(s) they had found so far & been able to repair. They also explained I probably had a much bigger problem & how that could be determined. They were back within 2 days with another plumber who scoped my plumbing with a camera, finding a break in the pipe. We agreed on the date/time for the 3rd call. This call involved almost an entire day of digging/repairing/etc. (During each of the 3 phases, they provided an estimate for the work to be done & completed the work for the amount quoted. While making repairs they showed me the problems, their intended solutions & the reason/necessity for it.) Each call they did an excellent job. I feel confident that the work has been done correctly. Even though the work involved very messy jobs, they always left everything looking like they had never been here & my plumbing useable. Once the work was completed they had me test all of the plumbing & inspect the work performed outdoors as well, making sure I was completely satisfied -- which I was. I cannot recommend Main Plumbing highly enough. We needed an emergency repair after an incorrectly installed toilet broke & leaked so extensively that we had water dripping out of the ceiling lights on the floor below. After finding Main Plumbing from a Google search for licensed plumbers servicing Miami Beach & looking at Yelp reviews, I narrowed my list to 3 plumbing companies. Unlike the others, Danny answered right away when I called. It was a Friday night and he took ample time to speak to me about the problem at hand, unlike the other companies. Just from speaking to him, I knew that Danny knew what he was talking about and instantly felt I would be in good hands. Because our toilet bowl had cracked, we needed a whole new toilet. Danny purchased the toilet (and texted me photo previews of my options throughout the entire process), came out with his father on a SUNDAY and got that toilet fixed. While there, he kindly inspected the other toilets to make sure everything looked up to code at no additional cost and was a pleasure to work with throughout the installation (which was incredibly fast). Danny is a lifesaver. I recently remodeled my kitchen and discovered a leak in the process. My countertops, which were super delayed, needed to go in before we installed the faucet and food disposal. I told Danny I was leaving for a week last night at 930pm and needed the leak fixed the next morning (Saturday) and he said no problem. He arrived promptly in the window he provided. While he was there I decided to ask him if it were possible to install the faucet and food disposal since he was already there. He worked while the countertop installers were here and not only fixed my leak / found another, but also successfully installed the faucet and food disposal (had to get creative with the placement since we switched to a single basin from a double). 3 hours later, everything was fixed and I had a functioning faucet. He's honest, very clear in his explanation of the job, and offers fair pricing for a job well done. My usual plumber doesn't work weekends, but you never know when problems arise. Have to say,, Danny and his Dad came over and did a amazing job. Started off with a random call from me early Saturday morning. Danny picked up the call and we talked about what I needed done. Said he had a few jobs before my but will be able to come by later in the afternoon. As promised he showed up and from the very beginning was 100% professional. From what I could describe over the phone (which was not much) the job immediately too a wrong turn. I did not mention what kind of toilets I needed to install and how difficult they were to put in since they were electrical. With out hesitation Danny and his dad went right to work overcoming every obstacle they encountered. Other companies would of looked at the job at hand and would of walked way and tell me to reschedule. They were here until late to make sure the job was done. My wife and I have been having issues with our plumbing. We just moved in to our new home a month ago and in three weeks we had a backup in our shower. We had not used the water that much or flushed something down the toilet that should not have been flushed. We used another plumber twice to snake the main line before finding Danny. Danny originally came to do a camera inspection of the main line pipe, however he discovered that there was water in the main line again and he couldn't discover where the problem truly was. He told me that he would have to snake the line again before he could inspect the line. He told me that the earliest time he could return was at 7:00AM the next morning. I told him that was fine. He was there bright and early the next morning. He snaked the line and with his camera found where the issue was. I was pleased that he didn't charge me again for the camera inspection. The issue hasn't been resolved yet but, at least I know where the problem is and what to do in the meantime. I wanted a leaky toilet fixed, and they said they would have to pull toilet. I will have to call another plumber. They said my toilet was too old. Yes, I'm disappointed. They did respond to my original call to fix the hot water valve in shower. However they removed original knobs, and that was disappointing. There has to be more plumbers who can fix things. I mean look at the old 1950s cars in Cuba, that somehow the drivers keep running. They don't give up. My plumber in South America shows up on his bicycle and can fix anything. Always get the quote upfront, and make sure the contractor understands protocol in condo buildings. The contractors can't be conducting business in hallways. Neighbors complain. I did get called back on original bad review, and told Danny, if it's any consolation, his competition is just as bad. I think he is trying, but in the end, I will have to call another plumber to fix toilet. I just wish I could remove this review entirely, but don't know how. I am not here to trash contractors. I really write reviews, but this company truly deserves one. On Wednesday morning I discovered that my Water heater was completely rusted out and leaking. Since I was leaving Miami again on Friday, I was worried I wouldn't be able to get it replaced in time. I contacted the Company sent them pictures of the old heater and explained my situation. I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling, which is under the master bathroom and called this company because they had so many great reviews. I needed this repaired right away and left a message and Daniel called me back within minutes. He was very professional over the phone and came with his father the next morning, which I really appreciated. They were super nice and thoroughly checked everything. It took them 2 hours to perform the leak detection and find the source of the leak, they did a thorough inspection and finally found the source of the leak and then they told me the cost of the repair which was very fair and they went to Home Depot to get what they needed to fix it and did the repair right away the same day. They worked at my house all day to fix the problem and I would absolutely recommend them and use them again. I can't say enough about the incredible service we received from these guys, we normally do most of our own plumbing and snaking, but we really made a mistake and lost the cutting head off our snake. it was stuck in a shower drain. we needed a true professional to save us. We live in Broward, but we call Main Plumbing in Dade because of the great reviews. They came after 5 because it was so far for them to travel, we thought we were on the hook for thousands to rip up the floor, however they used a removal tool and it almost did not work because it was obviously very stuck. but they did not give up and finally was able to remove it, a large metal spring stuck in a connecting pipe, they only charged the normal rate. I hope they will continue to travel to Broward as I will call them again when I need some help. plus they were nice guys, and very professional. nice to find an honest and resourceful plumbing company. read more

(I did not need same-day service; but I easily got an appointment that worked for me, that was within two days of calling.) Asked for texted photos before booking, so they could know more about the job. Ran a little late due to a truck problem, but they called me about it and ended up showing up within a half hour of the appointed time. Very personable and friendly. They made a needed trip to plumbing supply quickly and were back. Were transparent before doing any work about possibly having to chip away some tile or some stucco to get at the issue, and what they did in this regard met my expectations. Danny had the lowest estimate of the 3, and beat one company by over $300!!! He and his dad (sorry I forgot the name) came on the same day! They were both friendly and professional. Danny kept me aware of what was going on and alerted me to potential problems that could arise as they were working. Luckily everything went smoothly and surprisingly quickly He also ended up solving a secondary problem with the tank running, for a reasonable fee. The total price paid was still cheaper than the next highest estimate. Danny was absolutely fantastic. He returned my call immediately, showed up at exactly the time he said he would, and did corrected my problem very quickly. In addition, he told me ahead of time what the cost would be to correct my problem (toilet needed to be reset and grouted) but also gave a second price if he found any additional problems after lifting the toilet. Most vendors in Miami would simply charge me the higher price and walk away. Danny, however, took the time to show me the issue, educated me about why he didn't need to do further work and then made the repair. Given the way Danny communicates and handles and business and customers, it is clear his philosophy is to treat his customers in a fair, honest and capable way. I had an emergency that I had to take care of. I called and spoke with Danny. First thing he told me was to send him a picture of the problem. Apparently, it seemed to be a minor problem. He instructed me on how to fix it, free of charge! Then told me that if that did not work to call him back and he'll head over. I personally couldn't fix it, he came as soon as he could, and in a timely manner which, in my experience, is rare for plumbers. Fixed the issue, found another one, and it was all taken care of quickly and professionally. He even helped clean up some of the mess that was caused before he got there. This si a five star company!!! I highly recommend Main Plumbing Services. I had what I assumed was a regular clog issue with my toilet on a Friday night. On Saturday morning, after I tried to fix the clog myself, the water started pouring from the base of my toilet every time I flushed it. Daniel answered to my call right away. Within less than an hour he was taking care not only of the seal under the toilet but also a clog in the house's main pipe line, which had caused my toilet to clog. I cannot sing Daniel's praises enough! I called him at 10PM about a broken tub knob. The faucet would not stop running because the knob ceased to work. I was in a panic and didn't know what to do.
