I would NOT recommend this company. The only thing that was good about their work is that they arrived first thing the next morning, when I couldn't get my regular plumber to come in in an emergency. Otherwise, they charged my $1000 for a day's work fixing a water heater leak. A few days ago I contacted this company inquiring about a quote. My plumbing issue was a noise coming from behind the wall in my son's bathroom when the faucet water was running. A honest and nice plumber. I did not know it still existed. I called Main Plumbing Service because my washing machine sewer drain was leaking. A pipe needed to be replaced. I sent them 2 pictures and they called me back to tell me that I might be able to fix it myself and if it does not work then they will come and fix it. They gave me very detailed instructions and tips. I never worked with them before, they could have come to my house, fix it in 20 or 30 minutes and charge me and I would still be happy but they preferred to be honest and do the right thing. In the end, I was able to fix it by myself. I live in a kind of old house with old plumbing and I'll be sure to call them if something happens again. read more

I needed to change out an electric water heater and a 50 gallon water heater because the other one was giving me issues. They came and gave a fair price and when the job was done they noticed there was mixture or cold and Hot within the pipes and not allowing the far end shower of the house get to hot, which has always been an issue. They fixed the issue and now I can have all sinks and showers on at the same time and the far shower still gets hot. They were great and their 5 star ratings are correct.
