Love this place! My friend & I took our daughters here yesterday. The inside is so cute & SO clean. I ordered a acaì berry bowl with strawberries & I got my daughter the PB&J smoothie, recommended by the cashier! Oh. My. Gosh. The smoothie was probably the best smoothie I have ever had, me & my daughter loved it. The berry bowl was great. We also tried a few samples of the cold pressed juices, they were pretty good just not something I would drink. This will definitely be my new spot I loved it! read more

I really wanted to like this place because I love acai bowls, but if I'm being brutally honest the customer service was HORRIBLE. The first thing the blonde girl said to me when I made my order is, "What do you want?" with the rudest tone. I did not feel comfortable anymore. She also did not ask what sizes we want and assumed we wanted large, and the next time I went I asked if they had other sizes and she responded in such a rude way. Also, she was nice enough to give us this $5 coupon, but not nice enough to hand it to us instead, she threw it on the counter. Also, i could not hear her very well and I asked her to repeat herself and she made no effort to speak up and proceeded to roll her eyes. No greeting, and no thank you. I don't want to come back unless, there is better service. Smoothies are good, but service is at an all time low. read more

This place is one of my favorites. Love their juices and the acai bowl is my fav. The service is really good and the design of the place is the best part, so minimalist, modern and cute, perfect for hanging out with friends or just for having a good time with yourself! It's a nice place with nice people. But they take over 20+ minutes every time to make a smoothie. Work faster or pay for more employees.

I love this place! I stop by before I head to class in the morning to get a coffee or juice. They have so many varieties of juices, bowls, and smoothies but I think my favorites are PB&J smoothie and the youth juice. They even offer juice cleanses which I might have to try this summer. read more

We just came to this location to get a berry acai bowl and wow it was such a disappointment!! This was our first time at this location and we definitely won't be back. First of all, the wait was ridiculous, when we pulled up to the drive thru which there was no one in front of us and we waited a long time for the acai bowl. When the girl finally came back to the window she did apologize for the long wait, but why was there even a long wait when there was no one there before us? I know acai bowls take a little bit of time but not like that when there was no order ahead of us. We got the order and parked quickly close-by because my husband was driving and the bowl was mainly for him and I was just going to try some. As soon as he opened the bowl I can see that the fruit on top was rationed, very few blueberries, maybe a quarter part of a banana and some regular granola, and the bowl cost was $10!! The acai mix was watery and kind of slimy, wrong consistency for an acai bowl. We have tried acai bowls from various different places and this was awful! I make acai bowls with the Sambazon brand at home so I know how to make an acai bowl using almond milk as well, but we were already on the road and my husband saw this location and decided to stop to try it. We really regret stopping and getting this berry acai bowl, after a few bites we just threw it in the trash. It was a waste of money and left a weird taste and sensation in our mouth!! For a good acai bowl it's best to go somewhere else. read more

If I could give it a zero I would. TERRIBLE service and the slowest drive thru. Had to park my car and come in and they never even realized I had been the next in line and they never inputted my order through drive thru. The lady made me repeat my order 3 times even after she had already put it in and charged me...face palm. Of course they didn't even have the decency to comp my smoothies. This year I intend to be more diligent about leaving reviews for deserving companies and people. So my first stop for a review well earned is specifically for Ana at this Main Squeeze in Katy. I live in Cypress and the first time I was in the area and googled juice place near me. From the moment I walked in, she was amazing with her kind greeting and helpful attitude. When others walked in while she was explaining the cleanse to me, she acknowledged them. I appreciated that. It was more her customer service that compelled me to order my first cleanse. & it's that same customer service that earned my return and 30 minute drive from Cypress to purchase another cleanse, thankfully for me Ana was the first face I encountered and had the same amazing experience. I love this place! Finally another juice place and this one is awesome! Came here the first time on the opening day and all the crew; the managers or owners from this store and corporate were all very nice and super helpful. The guy helping us talked to me and asked a lot of questions to help me decide what I wanted to try first cos I wanted everything! He even went several times to the back to get me samples as they hadn't had them had the front yet. I ended up getting the Alive Juice (blue one) it was so good and my boyfriend got the Berry Blast! They ended up serving samples of some smoothies to everyone while we waited and tried the java nut which is amazing!! That's what I came to get the next time I came. This place just opened up and they are still learning and from working at places like this I know everything is made from scratch so they take their time to make it perfect so don't be rude like I've seen some people be to the crew because it took "too long". I'm sure once they get the hang of it it'll be somewhat quicker but even so I don't care because I want quality over quantity. Thank you for bringing this place to Katy! read more

I tried this place for the first time. I got an açaí bowl and it was very runny and not thick enough to even eat with a spoon. Also, was surprised you didn't have the option to choose your toppings. Being an avid lover of smoothie bowls and based on the ratings I had seen on this site, I decided to drive 40 mins to try out this place . I Ordered two smoothie bowls($9.95 each)a cacao milk and a 24 oz classic smoothie($9.95). The cacao milk and classic smoothie were ok. But the smoothie bowls were just awful to say the least. First, The choices were very limited and the smoothie bases were extremely bland and watery. The only thing nice about this place is the ambience. But what is a nice ambience if your products are overpriced and substandard? I am very disappointed and this would probably be my last time here until they improve the quality of their products. read more

Update: I have been back a few times and the experience has improved. I could not help myself because I really crave the Green Bowl. They asked me to "pull up" so they can start helpng others in the line. This is a good thing. They are really trying. I suppose making this stuff is quality over speed. 07-03-18 : The smoothies are very good and I love the bowls. Since they opened my wife and I have come here quite often. We even got many others to start coming here. We also enjoy the wellness shots. Lately, I come and order the wellness Cure shots and they are sold out usually. But that is usually okay since I can also order something else like a bowl or a smoothie. The servers are very friendly. However, the service has always been very slow. I realize that "good things come to those that wait" but waiting for over 20 minutes in a drive thru window is ridiculous. Today they were sold out of wellness shots again and after waiting over 20 minutes for my order, I just left. Didn't even ask for a refund because nobody was there to ask. I tried driving forward to see if anyone was in the back. A girl saw me but quickly looked away before I could get her attention. We will not come back. The food is good. But any healthy benefit from the food is offset by the stress and frustration of terribly long waits and lack of product. read more

Thanks to a young lady named Alex, my first time experience here was amazing. After telling her my tastes, she walked me through different menu items that all sounded great. The staff makes you feel like you're actually being listened to, and the lady that helped me seemed very happy to work there. I downloaded this app just to commend Main Squeeze, as I will most likely return for more of their delicious black lemonade and tropi(kale) smoothies.
