I really like this place I'm not like a regular but I've been like half a dozen or so times And everytime it's always so good The lil juices and bowls and overnight oats also almost* alwaysss leave me feeling like really good! Which for me is rare. Even for a health food place like this. While tbh it is alittle expensive for what it is, I think for the quality it is generally worth Big bonuses, it's a local biz!!!! And the aesthetic of the place is so CUTE! Inside they surprisingly have a good amount of seating. While the place is sort of small, it's long and well laid out. Very nice and clean establishment . You can tell it is pretty new. I spent over 25 minutes in the establishment just for 2 drinks. I was the only one there at that. It took 3 people to make 2 drinks. I had to kindly ask one employee to change his gloves as he was the one that checked me out on the register and then went back to making my drink with the same gloves on. Love this place! I've been three time so far for their juices and an açaí bowl. I love that they have unlimited toppings for the bowls and so many fresh options. The service is always good and staff are friendly. Most of the staff are younger but aside from not knowing an answer about the menu, they've all been great! I had a delicious açaí bowl during their grand opening and was lucky enough to enjoy a free bowl! Since it was the opening, not all of the base options were available, and they pre-scooped the bases for efficiency, so I couldn't try multiple bases, but that's totally understandable. The service on the other hand lacks, i waited 15 minutes just to get my order taken (there was one couple in front of me that already put in their order) some guy with a mustache asked if I've been helped, I tell him my order and he goes to work on a smoothie and ignores what I said. This girl asks if I've been helped and I say yes he is, she talks to him and he shrugs and she goes ok what do you want in kind of a rude tone like she was bored. Legit one of the best bowls I've ever had! I tried the blue coconut bowl and was so beyond impressed with the flavor. The staff was kind enough to let us try samples of some of the other bowl bases too and everything was so delicious. This is what the Richmond area has been missing, a natural and whole foods based smoothie spot that just so happens to be super cute and clean too. I was beyond impressed with all the bases and topping options ;FRESH fruit, house made nut butters and all the best seeds, nuts and granola. Also, shoutout to the very warm and welcoming staff. I mistakenly brought my screaming toddlers with me to try a bowl, but the owner was so kind and accommodating and didn't even flinch at my screaming kids. The interior is super cute so first impression was I love it here! Weird experience though: Looked at the menu and ordered the Blue Coconut Cloud Smoothie. Cashier helped me decide between that and the Strawberry Radiance Glow. He took my name and I waited around 15 min. Handoff was weird because a girl came around with a blue smoothie yelling for another name (the smoothie had a sticker with somebody else's name printed on it). She walked across the whole cafe with the smoothie and nobody answered because it was very clearly my order. I asked her if it was mine and she said no. She then took it to the back, took the sticker off and brought the smoothie to me. Weird but I'm like okay whatever, mistakes happen. What really did it for me: I got sick after drinking it and decided to go to the website to research the ingredients; apparently there's bee pollen (I'm allergic) in the Blue Coconut Cloud Smoothie which was NOT listed on the menu in store, only on their website! If I'm paying $13 for a smoothie that tastes worse than the ones I make at home, at least put the correct ingredients on the menu read more

We're regulars here and we came in on this day July 5th, we have been coming to Jus bol since the grand opening, and today was the first day where we got a bowl that wasnt filled to the top. The worker with glasses on was very stingy with every scoop being a quarter of the spoon. We asked for less base so in return we shouldve been given more topping to fill the bowl up thats how it always have been. This bowl isn't even worth the near $12 we paid. The açaí bowl was the star of the show. You can tell the high quality ingredients and they have many ingredients that you usually don't find at many açaí or health food restaurants (hemp hearts, mulberries). You're able to try any base before you commit, and that allowed us to taste all of the amazing bases available. We went with the blue coconut cloud base as it was different than any base I've tasted elsewhere. The base was amazing with as subtle coconut flavor that doesn't overpower any of the other ingredients of the bowl. You can top up the bowl however you want with multiple different toppings. The smoothie and juice were really good as well, and also had many high quality toppings, but for sure the açaí bowl was one of the best we've gotten in Houston. Service was quick and we were promptly given our food, but we also did go on a Tuesday at around 2pm. The ambiance inside looked nice. I believe they had just cleaned so there was a stench of cleaning solution, but that was easily mitigated by sitting in the shades area outdoors as the back area is joined by communal grounds. read more

Aspen= To walk into a fully staffed establishment complete with all owners behind the counter "working" and not one person gave eye contact, greeted or smiled after my friend and I drove from GALVESTON to try this place. We didn't know which end to begin at and tried to linger to see if anyone would at least speak. Another young lady was helping someone else but when she finished she did speak and acknowledge our presence. Meanwhile the little guy(like an older teen or very young adult) stood and stared at us while we looked at the menu still trying to understand the options and where to order...I walked up to him and I spoke first: he still had a straight face and barely was audible as if he was trying to speak softly I told him it was our first time there...(kind of obvious because this place had only been a open about a week), as he touched his face, nose and scratched his head with his serving gloves I waited and continued to "look" at the menu to see if he'd change his gloves; nope. He did not change his gloves. I told him I was ready and he proceeded to ask what I liked, I quietly asked and gestured discretely to replace his gloves first with a genuine smile. He stared as if I was joking and I said it again only for another young lady to grab new gloves and come help me. I didn't catch her name but she was there with ASPEN. She and Aspen continued to assist us and make our order being as there was a couple people waiting along with myself and my friend to order. Maybe we were all stumped on where to start and who to place an order with. Both young ladies were nice and Aspen was professional, kind and had a great attitude. The other young lady began my order but passed it to Aspen when Aspen came out from the back so she could assist my friend. Aspen made my order with delight and cared about how she handled my food. Aspen made my whole experience way better than my first impression of the new business. Aspen is given 5 stars based on professional performance, a neat appearance, being pleasant and caring about her work. I appreciate her level of customer service. She was even nice to chat with. I was excited to try this place out after seeing their instagram page. I came in for the first time at around 8:08am and the employees were still getting the location prepared with the food. They didn't have many topping selections displayed but we made it work. The two young ladies in the behind the counter seemed annoyed and bothered that I was in there. I ended up buying two Chia bowls and two pre made cold pressed juices. The bowl was good, even with the limited selection, but your staff needs to really work on their customer service skills. It is not welcoming at all. The only nice encounter was from the young girl with glasses and when I was leaving they said good bye. I understand we all have our bad days, but unfortunately, when you go to work, you have to be nice and welcoming to customers. I hope to give this location another try and be able to change my review if I get a different experience. read more
