It is 85% the young employee. As a customer it seems they resent having to answer a customer's question, or request for help. Their big cart is parked for their convenience, no matter a customer can't get to needed vegetables. Also in dairy I asked a worker what was the price on yougart since shelf price label was missing. Reply? " I don't eat yougart so I don't know". Also one has to wonder if the choice of music is for customers or employees. Other notes: employees chatting on personal calls constantly or worse 3+ more gathered in an aisle talking about morning meeting/ mgr. There's more, but said observations have caused me to spend last time / $ there & go to a.store with better trained, courteous employees & mgr that does their job.
