It is 85% the young employee. As a customer it seems they resent having to answer a customer's question, or request for help. Comes across as they are not there to help or even consider you, rather that they are special "cool" because they work there. Particularly the produce section, where their job to check or replace items is far more important than any measly customer. Their big cart is parked for their convenience, no matter a customer can't get to needed vegetables. Also in dairy I asked a worker what was the price on yougart since shelf price label was missing. Reply? " I don't eat yougart so I don't know". Also one has to wonder if the choice of music is for customers or employees. Other notes: employees chatting on personal calls constantly or worse 3+ more gathered in an aisle talking about morning meeting/ mgr. There's more, but said observations have caused me to spend last time / $ there & go to a.store with better trained, courteous employees & mgr that does their job.
