She couldn't give me an exact time to receive bananas and complete my order that I've already paid for so I told her I would attempt to cancel in the app. I provided feedback in the Smoothie King app for a resolution but I've only received an email from Shirlee Mendez of Smoothie King Guest Support passing the buck to the management team. I won't be back and I want my $8.48 returned to me.
