The eggs looked like cardboard and the other items inside were indistinguishable. They tasted awful and we couldn't eat even half of them. Everything else besides the corn dogs looked way over cooked and very dry. We were using the laundry services. As we walked in and looked around, the floors were scattered with dirt, laundry soap, and other items. There was no paper towels in the dispenser to dry hands. And a good portion of the machines were "Out Of Order". I attempted to use the quarter machine and it wouldn't work to take my dollar bills. I went to the counter to ask for quarters and they couldn't give me any.

I called Gulley's and spoke to Joe who has set me up with a 4 rib, bone in 10 pound roast that I will marinade, rub, smoke and grill for the family holiday. I am picking it up a day in advance to prepare and am confident it will be the best family feast ever! I expect enough leftovers to eat prime dip sandwiches for the football weekend. But in a pinch or a hurry it's a great place to pick up something you need but do not want to drive far to get it. Clerks are very nice, store is clean and as much as it feels bad to have to spread the word, it's Closing. Their landlord gave them notice to be out of their location by the end of February, 2026. There are many other empty buildings up and down Commercial Street but I have heard nothing about relocating the store. As of yesterday, February 21, 2026 everything was marked down 40%. Looks like we can say goodbye to them soon.
