The Enchanted Florist has been my family florist since 1994. I just got married on Oct 26 on the Queen Mary and they did our flowers. The word "beautiful" doesn't do enough. We told them our colors which were purple and black and that they had complete creative control. They made the most gorgeous centerpieces and arrangements. The flowers themselves were stunning. The service was impeccable. They arrived on time and set everything up. The value was amazing for everything we got. People even argued over who took home a centerpiece as not a single one was left. We had flowers for the altar. We had a sweethearts' table. We told them basically the size of the arrangements and how many. The bouquets were stunning so were the boutonnières. Never seen such poor quality flowers used in a bouquet! The roses were visibly unfresh, and the outer petals had been peeled away so much that what was left was only the tiniest core... Other flowers used were also pretty dead looking. Leaves were browned in areas and the wrapping was stapled at the bottom in an unflattering shape. Also, there was a single random orange rose that really threw off the cohesion of the whole thing. read more

My daughter has sent me flowers from Enchanted Florist for the last 4 years on Mother's Day and my birthday, usually the same bouquet design. Received birthday flowers again recently and was actually disappointed to see that the designer barely bothered to pay attention to what he/she was doing. The center hydrangea was flat, random dark red roses were stuck in at the quarter points and didn't suit the color scheme. The paler roses were past prime and on the whole it was a sad bouquet. I went into this little shop to look for what I thought was a succulent. The girl working the shop was very friendly and knew her plants. I showed her a picture of the plant I was looking for and told me what I was looking for was not a succulent but an air plant. Although they didn't have any in her shop, she was kind enough to tell me where they have a variety of air plants as I was very specific as to what I was looking for. I was looking specifically for a very tiny air plant (size of my nail) as the previous nursery I went to, their air plants were the size of my palm. Three feet tall and two feet wide, the most beautiful bouquet of fuchsia star lillies, two tone light pink and dark pink full blossom roses, yellow rannanculas and orange coffee beans mixed with a wide variety of ferns and greenery!
